Very disappointed. The spreadsheet package that I downloaded was nothing like the one advertised. Not even half of the spreadsheets delivered (there were meant to be 210, I received 95) and very few charts and graphics. I have sent two emails and sent a message via the facebook page and received nothing in 24 hours which for a service which promises 24/7 support is a complete fail. When someone does get back in touch I will be looking for a refund. Avoid!!

All looked good at the start, fancy adverts etc… then discovered the template I wanted was not comparable with excel…. Noting the company is called ready excel!

Initial contact was good (day 1), but when I asked for a refund as I only wanted the one template which wasn’t comparable I was completely ignored. Message them 5 times since and still ignored. I am having to contact my bank to request a dispute.

It only works on one computer. You pay good money for it and try to use it throughout the employees I have, but we all have to work off one computer. That’s kind a hard when we have our own.

Overall great system and once i got the hang of it i absolutely love it and would recommend it. The only constructive critique I would give is more detailed instructions and brief overall introduction of what and how the system is and why would maybe help the novice or less tech savy. Otherwise highly recommend.

Useful tools to get started towards effective maintenance. Managed to use the failure modes template to start the journey towards failure elimination by identifying and prioritizing causes of failure. I would recommend this tool to any company that wants to move from reactive to preventive maintenance.

Very professional & unique templates, with unique features.

Templates are good. In the inspection template, if we can add the "Lubrication Program" as per ISO guidelines and "Risk-Based Inspection Program" as per API 580 & API 581 then it will be quite helpful in maintaining the Reliability and Availability of equipment.

The Templar was cumbersome and not user friendly. Instructions were not exact so following the step by step directions were not precise

Very impressed with the tools and operations available in this template. With just a couple of small adjustments for our use, the owner has been very good about communication and willing to listen to issues and make some necessary adjustments to help make it work best for our operations. We use this template daily to schedule work from one day to 5 days out. It has a bit of a learning curve for the beginner, but it's worth it once you put it all together. I'm a basic Excel user and I never knew that Excel could do SO much.

I feel very lucky that I found this template. goodbye manual efforts, welcome macros. Highly recommended

First I felt like it is a complicated template. but when I started using it, in short time I realized that it is easy to use!! No more manual work in excel.For me, it is the best maintenance planning tool, with an affordable price!
