We used Exceed for our wedding and would definitely recommend. Leah was great throughout the booking process and made sure all our questions were answered! Paul and Jamie (our DJ and sax player) kept everyone on the dance floor and it was a great night!

We recently got married at The shireburn arms at Clitheroe and booked exceed to DJ. From start to finish the company was amazing. Leah called to discuss timings and details for the day, explained how to use their website to upload any music preferences we had which was quick and easy. Then we were called just before the event by our DJ, Johnny, to make sure everything was correct and what we wanted. I had made a mistake on the songs I had uploaded and Johnny called to let me know and double check everything which I thought was fab!
On the day Johnny turned up, played exactly what we asked for, read the room and played for our guests.
Johnny was a fab DJ, lovely man and would definitely use him again!!

Absolutely outstanding service. Leah helped with all the initial planning, accommodating us via video calls. She was super helpful in suggesting ideas but without pressure.
On the day, the single best decision we made was having a host. Paul made our day fantastic. He was incredible during our planning meetings and gave amazing hints and tips for smooth running. Paul is fun upbeat, friendly and organised! Our advice is to listen to these guys as they are awesome. Our Sax player was unbelievable, Callum! A real talking point. And the fountain sparks...definitely recommend. A magic day/evening and Exceed went above and beyond for us. Thanks guys. X

We booked Tom to DJ our wedding night after attending a friends wedding.

We were very excited after being at our friends wedding but he exceeded every expectation we had.

Tom is amazing at reading the room to deliver tune after tune and he seamlessly blended all our favourite songs (and we did give him a lot 😁) with requests from our guests on the day and his own selections to give myself and my wife an unforgettable celebration on our wedding day.

Tom - We can’t thank you enough for hosting an amazing night, our only wish is that we can do it again.

We had Johnny as our DJ for our wedding at Eaves Hall in Clitheroe and he was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he had everyone up singing and dancing right until the very end. The atmosphere was incredible, and he played such a big part in making our big day so much fun. Thank you so much, Johnny – we couldn’t have asked for better! Nat and Paul bolus x

Exceed were amazing from start to finish. Our venue, Wennington Hall recommended them and they were spot on. Communicative, apaptable and just easy to work with. Our guests had the best time dancing, with the photo mirror and the lights made a great contrast from day to night. Would highly recommend. 👍🏻

Mike was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The set up was outstanding. He really took on board what we wanted and made the night one we will never ever forget. We cannot say enough amazing things about DJ Johnny! He was phenomenal from start to finish at our wedding. The energy he brought to the room was infectious and the music was absolutely perfect—hit after hit, all night long. It truly felt like every single guest had their moment on the dance floor, from teenagers to grandparents.

From classic throwbacks to sing-along anthems everyone knows and loves, he nailed every single transition. Everyone had so much fun!

Exceed events was very easy to get in contact with & the portal is a great idea, to get the music across, that your wanting at your event. On the week of the wedding Wez, contacted us to go through everything for the big day & he delivered exactly what he said and more ! Adding the saxophonist was the best decision as everyone loved it & the two of them worked great together, so thank you everyone at exceed events!

A fantastic experience with Mike from Exceed Events! From start to finish, he kept the energy high with a great playlist. Mike was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with in the lead up to our big day and he really took the time to understand our music preferences. From cake cut to final dance, Mike created a great atmosphere to ensure our guests had a brilliant time!

Exceed Events hosted our wedding on Sunday the 27/4/25. They were extremely professional from start to finish. Wez was our Dj from Exceed for our wedding. He was very polite and ensured our needs were met. He made sure our NO songs were not played but then also ensured we had every song we could think of. He is hilarious and helped bring our wedding to life in the evening. He even accommodated my request of playing my own song during the first dance. It was everything we wanted and more. On behalf of me and my husband I cannot thank him enough!! Thank you and definitely recommend him for any of your events!!
