Products well priced, delivery extremely quick, and Adam was beyond helpful with adding an additional item to the order that I had forgotten before checkout - there were even some lovely surprises in the box when I received it. Wonderful experience, will definitely be buying again!

Made an order on here for a couple of Chinese Pokemon Coin sets as well as an assortment of loose Japanese boosters. Pricing was fair and the package delivered was above and beyond, very clearly packed with care and attention, bubble packaging inside the box to keep everything in place and loose boosters securely in a further plastic bag with a firm plastic backer to stop any bending. Really top notch on the packaging.

Plus they threw in some nice freebie promo cards that were also really well done by putting them in top loaders which I really appreciated, clearly no expense was spared on the packaging which is great when places like the Pokemon company themselves simply throw your product in a big box and hope for the best.

The only tiny complaint I can give is that the postage wasn't the absolute fastest and took a day or two longer than it could have, but nothing major and worth the wait (also not really stores fault, Royal Mails).

I'll defiantly order here again and hope you can keep up these high standards going forward.

The only thing I cant comment on is the support as I didn't have any reason to contact due to no issues.

Gotta catch 'em all... from this amazing shop! I've ordered a few times now, and these guys are lightning fast – Royal Mail 48hr delivery is no joke! Everything arrives perfectly packaged (not even a stray Pidgey feather out of place!), the prices are super effective, and they always throw in a little bonus item – it's a rare treat! Forget Team Rocket, this is the only team you need to be on. Independent businesses ftw!
