abonnement zonder mededeling ineens verhoogd van € 35.88 naar € 59,88 Dit is belachlijk
er werd ineens een bedrag van € 59,88 afgeschreven ipv € 35,88 en dit zonder enige vooraf kennisgeving dat de jaar abonnement met € 24,- is verhoogd ben hier dus niet mee accord gegaan. is +- 40% hoger dan vorig jaar. Ik heb hierdoor mijn abonnement per direct opgezegd en het afgeschreven bedrag laten storneren.

For a short while I used a service of Eweka. Then I stopped using it. That intself was not a smooth ride, They are not helping so to say. Since then I keep receiving at least 2 spam-mails a week to please return. Unsuvscribing does not work

Ik heb pas voor een heel jaar 71,88€ …
Ik heb pas 28-03-2024 aan eweka voor een heel jaar 71,88€ betaald 2 weken daarna word ik ineens afgesloten contact opgenomen met eweka bank probleem zeggen ze daar, ligt aan de bank die zou een terug boeking hebben gedaan, echter geen terug boeking gezien op mijn bankrekening. Heb daarna mijn bank gebeld niks aan de hand zegt mijn bank wij hebben niets terug geboekt daarna beweert eweka dat het aan mijzelf ligt dat ik het zelf terug geboekt heb, echter ik heb helemaal niets terug geboekt. Mail terug gehad van eweka of dat ik maar weer opnieuw wil gaan betalen om mijn usenet account te activeren mooi niet dus, ben er klaar mee ga wel achter de terugave van mijn geld aan heb tenslotte netjes betaald en heb dan ook recht op een goed werkend product. rob l

The service is slow and their advertised NTD retention is not worth it
The service is slow. I would not recommend this service to anyone outside of Europe. I discovered that the service is really no better than what I already had. There is a lot of talk about Eweka being better and having more content and intentionally taking longer to remove NTD requests but it is of little value.
