Thought initially it was poor as the suction appeared bad but the opposite was true, one cleaned hepa filter later and it was brilliant. A spare filter included with the purchase would improve the customer experience!

I thought (maybe mistakenly) that this was used for hard floors and carpets. It doesn't pick up from hard floors (all my rooms are tiled) but the occasional rugs are spotless. Also I found it impossible to fasten the handle together, so it is wonky but hasn't fallen apart yet.

Purchased the premium mop from Home Bargains. I have had the mop 2 months, it has hardly been used. Decided to use it yesterday and the head has snapped off the handle!! So for me it seems as though my premium mop was not so premium!

Easy yo buy on-line and direct with Ewbank.
Easy to manoeuvre around and carry upstairs rather than a vacuum cleaner.
We have hardwood floors in all rooms, rugs and stairs carpet, so its very easy to use on the two floor types because of the dual setting.

Extremely prompt delivery and the carpet sweeper is excellent. Don't need to get the electric vacuum cleaner out all the time, this is quick and very efficient.

Very little contact with Ewbank so can't really comment. Delivery company were great. Vacuum cleaner really not great. You get what you pay for, but I'd expect the beater bar to disengage when upright and accessories to last past first use!

The delivery went to the wrong address. The lady at Ewbank was extremely helpful and we identified its whereabouts and all was well

Powerful pressure washer , compact unit easy to move around with a plethora of accessories, only washed the car so far which was great and snow foam worked well , yet to test patio cleaner attachment but it looks well designed , overall very pleased , time will tell on robustness

Slight disappointment in the unsubstantial feel of appliance but I am remembering Ewbank sweepers of 50 years ago.
Works as easy way to sweep up crumbs etc.

It is a well known brand, I am nearly 80 and remember my mother with a ewbank sweeper. Very reliable
