Great service, very fast delivery, absolutely no problems whatsoever.

I read negative review when I purchased my Battery and had the complete opposite experience. My guess is this is a smaller operation with a small amount of people so it wont communicate like Amazon (but maybe thats a good thing?)… it states right on their website that delivery can be effected by time constraints and availability. The incident in the negative review is rare. (And it doesnt sound like the customer was very patient )

Terrible experience. Ordered a battery for my model S and 7 days later and three messages inquiring, Chris rudely responded that they were too busy at a car show for the past week to ship anything out. Then condescendingly told me "good luck finding a battery that fits" after canceling my order, per my request. If you need a battery for your Tesla, pay the money and get it from Tesla. I'm an automotive repair professional and can't remember the last time I got such poor service from a parts business. BTW I had a great experience at my local Tesla service center, $225 for a new OEM battery, so it was actually cheaper and they were awesome to deal with.

I ordered a Tesla Model S 12v battery on Nov 20th. EVTuning.com website indicated my order got fullfilled on the same date.

I got this email message "Most Orders ship within 2-7 business days. Special orders can take up to 4-6 weeks."

A few days later I kept checking for tracking number and found none. It simply says priority mail. I had sent a few emails and there were no replies.

Item did arrive in 7 days later via UPS. There was no tracking number from website and so I had no idea when the item would arrive.

I incrased stars from one to four because Fullriver Battery High Capacity battery is high quality battery and much better built than similar battery from Gruber Motor. I read Fullriver Battery has a 4 year warranty.

For EVTuning's customer service, I'd give a zero star. However, I would give a 5 star for Fullriver Battery High Capacity battery for Tesla Model S.

Do not buy from this company. They take money from your account and do not send the goods. You will have to ask your bank to intervene to return your hard earned money.I bought a battery for my Tesla S. They didn't send anything, no tracking number, no answers to my questions from them. Just ignoring. Now I contacted the bank to get my money back.

I bought an Ev battery for my model S, but had an error message when I put it in ( no fault of the battery) I am trying to return it and have sent multiple messages with no answer. No response and there web site has no return method other than sending a message. Five message sent and total silence. My order # 13832 is

No integrity!

I ordered a new 12V battery from EV tuning for my Tesla. A week later I reached out to them to notify them that Item hasn't shipped and to cancel my order. hours later after cancellation email they told me they shipped item.
Item was returned and after Item was returned they Ghost me with no email response, no Phone call, Nothing. This company does not do good business.

Ordered Maxpider 3D floor mats for my Model 3. I initially had questions about the item and the owner responded to my emails very promptly, even though it was a weekend! I ordered on a Monday afternoon and the order arrived by Wednesday, wow!

Nothing but a great experience for me, I’ll definitely continue ordering from this shop.
