Total and complete scam, the offered a refund didnt honour it, they try to communicate to throw u off scent. I have contacted my card issuer. Do not buy its a lie

To even know that the regulatory agency hasn't done anything about this fraudulent website beat my imagination. These scum are milking people out of their hard earned money everyday. I didnt go to work, book for train and hotel and match all in futility with some moron sitting at the conform of their home to milk unperceived people. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAM

Bought tickets for Newcastle v Man City for 13th Jan received confirmation email then nothing at all after that. Emailed twice to chase up tickets and absolutely nothing back. Should have read reviews before making the purchase. Lesson learned ☹️

I paid for 1 ticket for chelsea v Brentford as a Xmas present and it says ticket sent via email 72 hours before the game do not use this website its a scam end off shut this site down ASAP

Do not buy anything from these robbing scumbags ! Ordered 2 tickets for Newcastle v Man City which did not arrive. All emails to customer services ignored and am awaiting any response at all. They’ve basically stolen my money.

Scammed. Paid £160 for two tickets this weekends arsenal game away and no contact as to why I have not received tracking details. AVOID!!!!!!!!

Payed for two tickets to see Chelsea vs Arsenal on 14th January (carabao cup), 2 weeks before the fixture. Didn't receive any tickets, emailed multiple times, no response. Contacted my bank and have begun a dispute to receive a refund. Do not buy from this company it's a SCAM.

Still waiting for some tickets, but checked on companies house, owned by someone called Elizabeth Smith, but no contact details, company only formed in december '25 and she has 3 other businesses on companies house registered to serviced offices in London. Rang one of them and the company know about a scam company using their address so looks altogether untrustworthy. Does anyone know who to report this to?

Booked 2 tickets for the Chelsea match on the 14th January 2026, no tickets where sent out and no replies to an emails. Please never use this company and more should be done to remove them.

Scam of a company, avoid

Bitterly disappointed and wish I had read trust pilot before buying tickets for the Newcastle V's Man City game at St James Park this Tuesday.
No tickets, no answer so far from Evrivent, despite many e-mails, no refund as yet.
Don't waste your money.

We bought 2 tickets for Caribou Cup Chelsea v Arsenal, we havent recieve any tickets, we have tried to contact them serval times - no response. AVOID this website is a SCAM!

Absolutely a complete scam , ditto I had bought Chelsea Arsenal tickets , as a recent Chelsea member thought had to be too good to be true , stupidly fell for it but luckily on CC so can do a charge back , I have reported to trading standards would suggest others do to 😡

Agree with other reviewers. It is a total scam. Despite taking payment and providing confirmation of ticket details no tickets are provided. Basically criminal.

SCAM.......... Bought Tickets for Chelsea vs Arsenal - did not arrive, ignored my e mails till i said i was going to blitz all social media posts. now responded saying money will come back between 7-10 working days which i do not belive, they did not ask for bank details to transfer the money back!! i found out from a chelsea fan that the seats i purchsed did not even exist.

Do not buy through this company. It is a complete scam. Sent an email to them when I purchased the tickets, they replied saying you will get your tickets within 72hours, if you need anything until then don’t hesitate to contact as it’s a 24/7 customer support.

No sign of any tickets, I emailed many many many times and had no correspondence. No telephone. Even went to the address of the company and the building hadn’t ever heard of them. Even tried to contact through Instagram but seems that they have now deleted their account.
