Evotech Performance Arvostelua 64

I purchased an Evotech Tail Tidy for my Ducati Multistrada V4 S. While it initially looked great, I was very disappointed by the durability. When I removed the tail tidy to transfer it to my new Multistrada Rally, I found that the license plate bracket was damaged just after 6 months of light usage. The powder coating had compressed just from normal mounting, and the metal had sustained marks from standard road use.

For a product marketed at a premium price point, you expect premium durability. When I reached out to customer service to get the newly revised 2026 bracket to fix this (and to fix a known gap issue with the turn signals on the older model), they refused to offer any goodwill or warranty support, blaming the damage entirely on installation and 'unknown objects.' I ultimately decided not to install their product on my new bike. If you are looking for parts that hold up to real-world riding, I’d look elsewhere.

Back into biking after a few years out and invested in a 2011 Triumph Street Triple.. A beautiful machine that I certainly did not want to dip and damage due to lack of confidence (or even over confidence!!)
A colleague recommended Evotech for quality items so I had a look..
Unfortunately, they no longer stock much by way of engine protection Bobbins etc for my bike however they did have spindle Bobbins for front and rear at a very good value price..
Incredibly speedy delivery and on arrival, beautifully packaged and great looking items!!
Unfortunately it took me a while to find opportunity to fit to the bike but despite concerns re my ability, an incredibly easy and straightforward fitting process!!
The Bobbins look and feel great quality and I am sure would do the required/promised job - Let’s hope not to find out!!
Have just invested in some engine protection mounts that I hope will match the quality look..

Bought a tail tidy for my trident 660.
The item is well made and looks great.
The problem is the ridiculous hand drawn instructions. Impossible to follow especially the wiring.
If it wasn’t for someone posting a video on YouTube, I wouldn’t have been able to install it.
Come on Evotech, you’re letting yourselves down.

Bought "plug and play" blinkers from them. They dont provide instructions, dont admit they arent plug and play. Have been talking to support for 2 weeks now and they keep telling me to buy adapters for their "plug and play" and "compatible" blinkers. Had to spend 70€ for a mechanic to install the so called "PLUG AND PLAY" blinkers!!!! NEVER AGAIN EVOTECH

Never received the package, was shipped to the wrong address and client services is very disapointing, even a bit cocky I must say

Bought new monster SP in late 2024, and had tail tidy fitted by the Ducati dealer who is a 20+ year dealership. a few days later? It half-fell apart. I didn't post it, and wouldn't have, and was willing to move on. However...thanks evotech for changing my mind today.: the unprofessional experience just now calling Evotech on 0333 207246 (on the website) prompted me to share. I called evotech 4.47pm and call was picked up by a female voice. I explained I was was seeking help on a part that only showed 2024+ year, vs 2022 that I have and as I was explaining the detail, in the middle of this, she hung up on me. I went back to the website to look for other numbers, and saw that customer calls are 7am-430pm, and i was outside of that. I didn't see that. So why not just say that and ask me to call back tomorrow? Why just hang up? is that really justified? Nice. So, now, I will never ever touch evotech. I have multiple options for my bike and will boycott any evotech products. Now, here is my product review of evotech tail tidy. Got pulled over by a cop who told me my rear indicator was missing on one side, and wire dangerously dangling. I said "New bike, tail tidy just fitted how can that be?" I went around and saw the mess and was gobsmacked. The wire was long and dangling almost to the ground as indicator gone, and wire could have got caught in the wheel with potentially disastrous results. I tied it, got home and called dealership, and emailed evotech including with pictures (trust pilot does not have option to attach the photos here). Response from both? Blamed each other- Evotech said "its a DIY kit and not our fault as someone else installed it". So no chance whatsoever of any faulty parts basically? Never ever a possibility? Didn't realise that companies had 100% fault free products 100% of the time. And Ducati dealer said, "never happened before and we fit them properly. Not us". The moral of this story? Nobody to blame yet product fell apart. I was willing to try again with evotech, and speck the new bike with clutch & brake adjustable handles, crash bobbins, but after the call just now? Never. I will ensure I never fit anything from evotech and also tell anybody thinking of parts to stay away with my examples. I hope hanging up was worth it, as it also spurred me to post product review that would have stayed dormant. Good customer service guys....

Na opnieuw contact werd weer gezegd dat ik het niet goed gedaan zou hebben(hoe weten ze dat want ze waren er niet bij. Toen werd beloofd dat ik de helft van het geld retour kreeg(hoe zo de helft, het gekochte product werkt totaal niet) maar dit geld (de helft) word niet terug gestort . Ik vind dat ik het volledige bedrag retour moet krijgen.. Dus mensen kooop niet bij EvoTech

I had a problem with a phone mount purchased for my Ducati Panigale. Even being purchased elsewhere and 7 months ago, Evotech was fantastic in working with me. Asking if I could purchase replacement parts, they sent exactly what I needed - promptly and at no cost. Really fantastic service.

Bought parts for rs660, they are great, extremely well made and they fit like it was oem

HONDA NC750X Radiator Guard.
Extremely well made piece of kit better than a lot of the junk on the market. A lot of time and thought put into the design and fitment.The only area that might let it down is the cap screws may need a touch of threadlock to hold them more permanently but I'm nick picking if I'm honest. 5 star product.

Have bought many items for my Triumph rocket (and other bikes) and always had top notch service.
Everything arrived fantastically packaged, and in super quick time. The parts I have had, from beeline mounts, tail tidies, and brake levers to caliper guards have always been fantastic quality.

Bought a pair of Yamaha compatible V1 LED indicators for my XSR 900 and couldn't be happier - Garry Twigg in customer service was super-helpful with the pre-purchase queries I had, the items turned up within a day of ordering and I'm very happy with the quality of the product.

Great product but buy through a supplier not direct. Alford sent the wrong product, promised to send replacement next day delivery ( which they didn’t)
I’ve now wasted 4 days holiday and still not here. Poor service and even poorer attitude towards customer. Which is odd as I am an existing customer.

Firstly, they make quality products. But as a bonus their customer care is amazing. I made a rookie mistake by ordering the wrong part. Phoned up and within 2 minutes all rectified and the order arrived within 24 hours. Very happy with the goods and well run company with great staff.

already 2 weeks of waiting for bar end mirrors from uk to Netherlands. on their website says a couple of days.
I didn't want them from China because I wanted a quick delivery and here I am, going in my 3rd week since the order.
absolutely horrendous experience

Been using Evotech for many years, but one of my purchases I made, I am very disappointed regarding customer service from Damian as the tail tidy light adaptor was faulty and wouldn’t send me a replacement. So I had to buy another adaptor and once I received this one was the same, I emailed them and they couldn’t even reply to three emails I sent. I will think again before buying anything from them anymore

Ordered from eBay, delivery & packaging are excellent.
Soon has opened the box; you can tell by the quality of the parts
Very easy to instal, no instructions required.
And no messing about with inserts like other bar end mirrors which I've bought before
Very easy to instal with few tools required & blue loctite Job sorted.
The bar ends look amazing on my bike .
They are very solid with no vibrations and a lot better than my stock mirrors for visibility.

I’m on my second bike that I’ve fitted Evotech parts to. For trick parts that fit well, have great build quality, with easy to understand instructions, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The packaging is nice too, and I’m assuming is recyclable. Yes, the parts come with a premium, but as I always say “Pay cheap, pay twice.”
