I signed up for a free trial and wanted to cancel on day three. I already have been charged so contacted customer services for a refund. They refused to give me a refund, were rude and so unhelpful. They told me i was not entitled to a free trial and would give me a refund.

They are sneaky with taking payments from you with one click of a button for things you don't want. Even when I cancelled my membership they still tried to take payment from my card a year later without my permission. Good thing that card is no longer active.

A few days ago I signed up with the Christmas promotional offer of 50% off thinking I had a trial period, then noticed the money had come out of my bank & contacted them to cancel as I had changed my mind and was still within the trial period. They replied, that no refund would be given as I had previously had an account with them therefore the trial period didn't apply to me... however that wasn't brought to my attention or made clear during sign up. They are now just ignoring my emails. Shocking customer service, and clear from other reviews I'm not the only one they are ripping off!!

Complete scam took payment without authorisation.

I cancelled the app during the free trial period but have been charged for the last 3years! I noticed the most recent payment and contacted the company and they did refund it as it was within 24 hours but I am still £200 short as I didn't spot the annual charges despite cancelling during the trial and deleting the app! Really disappointed with their customer service and would never recommend to anyone.

Purchased the subscription in 2023 and was unaware of the renewal date until my payment of £100 was declined. I then logged into the account, viewed my Apple subscriptions and was unable to see how to cancel. I then removed the direct debit in the hope that was the end of it. I received two further emails stating my payment had been declined so thought this was done. However 10 days later the payment left my account. I emailed twice, once 3 days later and a follow up a week later with no response so then tried Instagram. They were unable to find my emails in the system until I provided all the proof and were incredibly dismissive. Customer service was poor, unhelpful and did not offer any solutions or tell me where I could cancel. Apparently as I did not cancel 24 hours before I am stuck with an expensive subscription I do not use for another year without any sort of refund (requested partial at least) while I’m unable to feed my kids over winter. One big scam.

I love the app but there's so many glitches every time something is updated it's beyond a joke. The actual content is great if app works how should be

Best workout/program app I’ve ever used… I love the fact that I have access to so many different trainers and many different programs, I never get bored! Also love the recipes!

BEST APP EVER. There is no competition in the market that can even a little reach what this app offers and provides.

So disappointing - duped me into paying for a month after advertising a 7 day trial (absolutely no mention on the page that the free trial was only for an annual purchase), and now finding it impossible to cancel. No customer service options on the app and the website seems to have forgotten my password and won't send me a reset no matter how many times I've tried. The workouts are so poor as well - for example, on the programme I selected there were multiple workouts that required me to superset the same exercise?

I Really enjoy with this app and makes a better version of me 🫶🫶

I love the app, I just would like more variety of 20 min programs, I usually can’t do more than 30 and tend to accelerate my rest time, reduce the reps and feels like cheating 😁
So I tend to do a small challenge and look for exercises to do. I loose a lot of time and think maybe it’s not that effective.
But I do LOVE the app, keep going it’s amazing.

The EvolveYou app has made me gain confidence at the gym. It’s a warm feeling accomplishing my workout!

I’ve been a gym user for over 20 years but only attended classes before, after having my youngest children my schedule no longer allowed for evening group classes so at 40 I was forced to learn to use the equipment.

I started following routines I saved from instagram which was fine however I didn’t see much change using this method.

I signed up to EvolveYou as part of their Black Friday sale. I love EvolveYou it’s structured and user friendly, at times the app can crash and won’t save what you have just done however this doesn’t happen often.

I recently earned my century club T-shirt after completing 100 workouts.

I recommend EvolveYou to all my friends.

App have everything, amazing workout flow, range of workouts, evolving. Etc.

I didn't use the app after a couple of months. However, I didn't realise it was auto-renewing and didn't get any email notifications until they charged my card a year later. When they did, I asked for a cancellation and refund. Unfortunately their customer service is not understanding citing their fine print and refused to refund me the $150AUD. Not ethical at all.

Great workouts. I feel the app’s functionality needs to be improved so it is more intuitive e.g. filter workouts by equipment, time, focus (there is a section of the app where workouts are categorised into lower body, upper body etc but there is no way to tell what equipment is needed unless you click into the workout and check - time consuming).

Don’t let that deter you though. The workouts are top notch. Thank you Evolve You team x
