I ordered my key replacement the 15th, today is the first of the next month and I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted support twice with no reply. FedEx updates only as far as a label being created and contact shipper so guess I just have to take the lose
I ordered a charger and it said I was supposed to receive it on 29 September and it’s already the 30th and I still haven’t received the charger
great customer service, honored price, agreed to furnish freight forward MSDS/DGG docs
Got the dirt bike on the 4th day, which was really fast! Assembly took about 30 minutes after unboxing, and everything went together pretty easily. The quality feels really solid so far. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase!
