Go direct, don’t use third party sites
Always go direct to the gov website, never book on third party sites like this to get a visa/eta. They always charge extra and there’s no guarantee they will process it. For example they charge for the Singapore arrival card even though it is free on the gov website. There are no advantages of going through a site like this. Stay away

Additionally, you have purchased a Denial Protection service for additional fee, which explains an even higher total cost.
