My experience with Evey has been fabulous from start to finish. After happening upon her website on Instagram I saw some beautiful bags, and within 24 hours of first messaging Evey had taken the time to make me a viewing appointment at her studio - on a Saturday, fantastic!
Evey is clearly very passionate about her service, and the best interests of her clients - I could feel she had the sellers in her mind when considering and presenting my offers, for example.
Evey has also communicated with me brilliantly along the way: video calls for visual questions on items, and email, message and call as has been needed elsewhere!

Beautiful Mulberry bag! What a fabulous service, I was unsure of the size of the bag and received a personal note with a small video clip to show me the size and layout. This was my first time purchasing from Evey and I was not disappointed. I had my eye on a gigantic Chanel handbag but just needed a little extra reassurance it’s exactly what I wanted. Evey delivered, we spoke on the phone and we FaceTimed she answered all my questions and I purchased the bag. 2 days later I received my bag carefully wrapped along with a thoughtful handwritten note.
