The Evewell Arvostelua 2

Horrible experience. Went there for an initial consultation which felt very rushed when my consultant was 15 mins late. I was then told I needed to do a blood tests following my scan (which I had no idea why or what for). I then waited in the waiting area and was told it was about 30 minutes wait for a blood test. I asked the receptionist why the wait was so long which they replied back with “we are short staffed and there’s currently a temp on her own doing the bloods so there’s no one else who can assist” After paying £500+ for my consultation, I got the sense that this clinic and the staff are all over worked and understaffed. It seemed like there were also trying to fit too many people for bloods in a short space of time without offering any solutions. I would have thought for Harley street, It would have been a much more pleasant atmosphere. After waiting for my bloods, I then heard my name shouted out by a blonde lady receptionist at the first desk (Karen I believe her name is) as I left the clinic to come back and make a payment. I told her I had paid already to have then been told that my blood test is chargeable of £135. This was ON TOP of the £500 I paid for my consultation. I told her the consultant or the receptionist in the waiting area didn’t tell me that this would be chargeable. She seemed very pushy for payment and didn’t bother to ask if I was ok after my terrible experience. This company seem very money driven and hungry for targets. I used to work in private heathcare so I understand that the more paying patients through the door, the more company revenue however for a fertility clinic, I think there needs to be a bit more duty of care when it comes to asking for money. I don’t think I’ll come back here as the atmosphere just felt very rushed and overwhelmed!

I can't recommend the Evewell highly enough. After 4 years of unsuccessful treatment with London Women's Clinic we moved to Evewell and got pregnant with our first treatment cycle. We received excellent care from the start, from the thorough initial consultation to our treatment cycle, which was carefully monitored and tailored to us. We also saw the same doctor every time (Dr Ben) who then got to know us and made the whole experience less daunting and more comfortable. I would absolutely recommend their services, especially if you haven't been successful elsewhere. They adapt to your individual needs, which means they tweak medication as you go along and might add things mid-cycle, however they do this only with patient care in mind and it doesn't feel anything like anything like the repetitive factory of LWC. Truly excellent fertility care.
