Eves & Gray Arvostelua

Absolutely 1st class service.
I ordered a pair of shoes that were in the sale section but knew I'd be away on holiday when they arrived.
Called the office and spoke to Laura, explained I'd be happy to pay extra to have them posted next day or just hold the order till i came back.
Laura took all the details and said she'd come back to me.
They turned up the next morning at no extra cost and Laura emailed me to ensure i had recieved them, outstanding!

The shoes themselves were very well packaged and are excellent quality, a real luxury feel and worth every penny.

I'd never heard of the Eves & Gray before but will definitely be back.

Without a doubt the most stylish and comfortable shoes you can buy! I have more than 6 pairs now and love the occasional free surprise gift they include with my purchase! My go-to place for shoes!

I have just recived my first pair of shoes from Eves & Gray and i went for the "Arayan".
Well what can i say a fantastic trainer im very happy with them not only do the look fantastic, the quality is 5 star and they are extreamly comfortable.

Still waiting for my boots, even though my free gift turned up after three days, despite numerous calls and broken promises about delivery times. Absolutely shocking service not sure if this company is just a scam.

This is my second purchase from E&G and won’t be my last! I bought a pair of boots last year and was incredibly impressed with the quality and attention to detail of the boots along with the high quality packaging and presentation of them.

I ordered a pair of brogues in the sale and received a personal email from Tim, the MD, explaining they were out of stock in my size but suggesting an alternative and offering to price match the sale prixe. I actually now prefer these to the ones I originally ordered! It would have been easy to lose a sale with an out of stock message but I remain a very satisfied customer who will continue to buy from E&G and strongly recommend them to others. Keep up the great work!

Ever just feel that someone "Just gets it"?
From placing my order(s), to the tracking, customer service, the packaging, the boxes, the protective bags with draw strings, the whole experience from concept to completion is just amazing!
Its not just about the product here, its about the whole package. Do the shoes and boots feel amazing? yes they do!
Do they feel special every time you wear them? yes they do!
Would I recommend them to a friend? In a heartbeat!
Having met Tim now on several occasions in Spain and the UK I can honestly say I don't think I have ever met anyone so passionate about their own business and wanting to provide each and every single customer that personal and individual experience, going the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.
I recently had a purple lace fray in the middle, today I received a replacement pair of laces in the post, that's customer service!!

Treat yourself, buy another pair, buy your Dad a pair, buy your next door neighbour a pair, embrace the purple!!!!

Absolutely beautiful shoes, expert craftmanship and finish. Very easy ordering process and promptly delivered. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent customer service and outstanding product.

The order arrived without the order. No way to grade an experience when no order arrives. Awful!!!!

Misunderstanding over delivery but communication was great in resolving.

Very Profeesional
Company emailed me to confirm sizing

Really cannot recommend this company enough, helpful, nothing was any trouble and gave me exactly what I wanted and I changed a few things and that was never any bother to them,if you want top quality footwear, only one place to go Eves and Grey

As always ordered, delivered on time, packed to perfection what a quality producr

Great shoes, great service

Great customer service. All questions answered. I've ordered my second pair as they are such well made shoes with great packaging for a gift!

Unclear and ambiguous returns instructions.

Almost as if trying to trick the customer.

No replies to either of the e-mails on the returns form.

Had to ring your London number to get return instructions and even they were unsure.

Finally gave me an address, post code LE13 1FF where the return was delivered at 0834 on 9th Feb.

Now may I have a better response from you?

The only company I use for my shoes. Delivery is always quick. Perfect.

Arrived promptly in good condition, great looking shoe,a little wider fit would have been nice, and laces were not as purple as advertised, but all in all quite satisfied
