Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana

the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy.
There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you.

The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular.

This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews..

We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort.

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Les recomiendo el Hard Rock Punta Cana para unas buenas vacaciones.

When I travel, the most I concern myself with is safety, trust. And clean facilities . This company goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their guest and my 10 day stay was perfect. The owner is as honest as they come. I even sent him money by a mistake once I was back home and yes he kindly sent it back with no issues. I can’t wait to return to Punta cana I will definitely be booking with them again. Thank you!

This apartment was fantastic! Its location is superb, just a brief walk away from the beach. The surrounding area has lovely bars and restaurants to indulge in. The team's communication was impeccable, with prompt replies and helpful recommendations. We even arranged the Sanoa island tour through them, and it was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and his team were very supportive and prompt in addressing any concerns we had during our stay. The nice lady housekeeper ensured the house was spotless every day, and that only added to our comfort. With such a pleasant experience, I can't wait to visit this home again in the future. It truly felt like a home away from home!

This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy.
We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.

We stayed at the Art Villa Hotel and it was amazing! Super clean, comfortable, great breakfast provided in the morning. Amazing location close to everything you need to enjoy your vacation in Los Corales.

This place we stayed at - it was seriously awesome and totally worth every penny! We were four couples in our group and we all had plenty of space. And let me tell you, the view was absolutely insane. We just couldn’t get enough of it!

The location was perfect too - there were a few grocery stores nearby, and we had plenty of options for eating out. Vasiliy and Nadia were also amazing hosts, always there to help us out whenever we needed it. We even used their airport pickup service, which was clutch because finding the place was a bit of a mission.

We mostly used Uber to get around, which was super convenient. And the beach? Well, it was just perfect. Not too crowded, with plenty of chairs to kick back and relax on. Seriously, I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an epic vacation spot. It ticks all the boxes!

I went on with this team to Saona Island! They were super organized and made sure everything went smoothly, but we did have to wait around for a bit while they picked up some other people. Our guide was really cool and shared some interesting tidbits about the island. We had tons of time to kick back and chill on the beach, plus swim in the warm Caribbean Sea. The staff from the tour company were all super friendly and made sure we had plenty of yummy food and drinks. Honestly, it was an unforgettable experience and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who’s visiting the Dominican Republic.
