Fantastic service from Everything Padel. I ordered my new padel racket on Monday and amazingly I was playing with it on Tuesday! Really impressed with how quickly it arrived. I’m also very pleased with the racket. Would definitely recommend Everything Padel and will happily order from them again.

Quality from start to finish - been watching Ewan on YT for a while so I bought a racket protector, wanted to make sure I applied it correctly so messaged Pablo and he responded quickly and gave me a step by step process.

I honestly couldn’t recommend EverythingPadel and especially Pablo enough.

I originally ordered an Adidas Metalbone Team, but unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery and the parcel went missing. I had never experienced anything like this before, so I was initially quite worried and genuinely wasn’t sure what to do.

From the moment I contacted Pablo, he was incredibly helpful and understanding. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, spoke with his CFO, looked into the situation properly and made sure I wasn’t left without a solution.

Unfortunately, while this was being resolved, the Metalbone went out of stock, which made the situation even more complicated. Pablo spoke with me about the options and took the time to understand my playing level and what I was looking for in a racket. Rather than simply sending me any replacement, he helped find something that was genuinely suitable for me. He arranged the Pallap Evoforce Dark Star as the replacement, which I was really happy with.

I really appreciated that personal approach because it showed that Pablo wasn’t just trying to close the issue as quickly as possible — he actually wanted to make sure I ended up with a racket that I would be happy playing with.

What I appreciated most was the communication throughout. Pablo was always keeping me informed, even when he was waiting for responses himself, and he genuinely cared about getting everything sorted properly. He took ownership of the situation, was patient and understanding throughout, and ultimately found a solution that I was really happy with. His personal approach made what could have been a very frustrating experience so much easier.

The replacement has now arrived safely and I’m really looking forward to getting out on court and giving the Dark Star a proper go.

There was a problem with my order and i messaged everything padel directly and they resolved the issue straight away and made sure i had my racket asap. Helpful and friendly will defo use again.

Service was excellent as was the website, (so 2 stars) but Ewan rates the Evoforce elite above the Nox AT10 in a recent YT video and above other racquets. I bought this racket and it's simply not as good. Not as good control, mobility or comfort to name a few. Also one hit on the wall and the paint has seriously chipped. I can play with a racquet for 3 months + and have limited damage. I play 8 hours a week. Before you ask, I have owned many rackets, Nox, Head, Babolat and I simply think the support Pallap Evoforce elite racket gets on this site, is biased, as it's a EP collab. You have been warned. It could be a serious waste of your money.

Additional comment - Everything Padel hasn't helped, following my review, but my recommendation for any racquet is try before you buy. I went on Ewans vid and it hasn't worked out - I will take part of the blame there for buying blind.

Second additional comment - I have given this racquet every chance and the Nox AT10 genius is so much better. Dont waste your money like I did.
