Big surprise...

We bought wellies from an office supply company and were a little worried....but we were then amazed that they arrived the next day... well done !! We will be back for more bits in the future.

Ludicrous delivery charges at KDK Office Supplies

If you are planning to buy from KDK Office Supplies and you live in Scotland then don't bother wasting your time. You won't discover until checkout that they apply ludicrous delivery charges to ANYWHERE in Scotland and they blame it on their suppliers !

Hi Craig, Unfortunately the charges are not set by us, as I discussed on the telephone with you, the products are shipped from our suppliers and they set these charges depending on where the delivery is going, however, I have noted your feedback and passed this to our suppliers concerned, I’m hoping they will action on this. We do apologise that we were not able to fulfil your order this time round. This is a serious matter and we will keep on top of this moving forward.

Good value and prompt delivery, however the packaging for a pack of envelopes seemed a bit excessive.

Top service!

Ordered some pens in the morning and they delivered next day early doors - my client was extremely happy. Customer service is really good too, I made a mistake on the delivery and this was sorted right away with no hassle at all :D
