Ordering was easy enough, but I wish there was more info about availability before you actually redeem.

Thanks for your feedback, Lucia! Noted. We’re working on making availability information clearer before you redeem your gift.
Placed wrong order quantity. Requested they cancel part of the order. They responded immediately and cancelled what I requested. Will be leaving another review once product is received and used. Thus far very pleased.

So far so good. Ordering was easy and the voucher came right away. It's a gift so can't speak on actual experience yet. Hoping the booking part is just as easy.

Thanks so much, Leonardas! We’re glad ordering was easy and the voucher arrived right away. We hope choosing and booking the experience feels just as smooth.
Everything went smoothly, this was my first time ordering and I wasn't sure what to expect but the process was very simple. I liked that you can pick either email delivery or an actual box. Very convenient.

Thank you, Aira – a first order is exactly where we want it to feel simple, so this means a lot.
Ordering was easy. I got the physical box for my girlfriend's birthday, it's supposed to arrive in 5 days so fingers crossed 🤞. Can't really rate the experience itself yet since she hasn't received it. Will update.

Thanks, Marcus! A few minutes to send, straight to her inbox, that's exactly how it should work. And the best part is still ahead: she gets to pick the experience that fits her best. Hope she loves what she chooses.
