EverTrust team has been brilliant right from the time I filled a form to redo our wills. They were the first ones to explain about different types of Trusts which made it easier for us to get one sorted soon. Their responses were always very timely. A reminder by message to act on the paperwork was very useful.

Very Professional and easy to understand, straight forward with no jargon. Very good value and kept me up to date on the process. Several phone calls and it was complete. Would definitely recommend.

The Evertrust Estate Planning company provided zoom meetings as requested for our wills to be written & also our wishes for later life should we become ill/impaired. The company are quick to respond to queries & very thorough with their explanations. We have already recommended them to other family members.

I decided after a death within the family that I needed to get my affairs in place for when it is my turn because death will come to us all,rather than leaving things until you are too old when things are more difficult to talk about. Initially I was more interested in having my will sorted. I saw Estate Planning was giving NHS staff a reduction on FB so I phoned them. Dan was great he explained everything so simply and he also talked me through Lasting Power of Attorney again Simple to understand. So this was my opportunity to get both sorted. Everything was done through email with full explanation. It has taken longer to sort it as I’ve been a bit slow at getting the details required to sort the paperwork. Spike has been very patient and very helpful. I’ve now got the paperwork for all necessary people to sign and it was as simple as that. I did pay the fee on my first phone call to Dan and yes I was a bit worried, but no they have done everything and now my daughters won’t need to worry if I lose my capacity or when I die. Thank you so much

I can't recommend Ever Trust Estate Planning highly enough, I had been thinking about my will & POA for some time but very wary of doing it over the phone with a company that i hadn't heard of, so after doing some research i made the call & spoke too Dan who put me at my ease, i then dealt with Spike which felt as though he was holding my hand throughout the process. I was repeatedly informed by Spike there are never any stupid questions, he was always there and responded to my calls and emails in a timely response. The POA wasn't as complicated as I thought it would be as it came with an advice sheet for who and were to sign and if there were any errors Spike was there with lots of reassurances.
If you need reassurance, Professionalism and Efficiency this is the firm for you and i wouldn't have any second thoughts about referring them to my friends and family.

The team at EverTrust made the process of writing our first will simple and fast. They were professional and friendly, explaining everything as we went along. Any additional costs were explained and we were given the choice about additions without feeling like we were being upsold constantly, there was no pressure. Whilst my will is relatively simple, I have a large family to navigate and the whole team have been incredibly helpful, especially Spike, making the process easy and without complication. My POA has also been organised, the documents came with a key for who and where to sign (from previous experience I know how complicated I found this) and reduced a lot of anxiety about it. When I realised I had made an error after finalising the documents, it was dealt with swiftly and without any criticism which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company.
