First of all thank you for using our service. We apologise for this situation. We contacted you via email and explained that unfortunately due to heavy load on our servers on the 14th of February some of the orders are delayed in delivery.

We apologised for the inconveniences caused and added all the add-ons for free to your song in order to compensate for this situation. Also, we offered you the second song for free, so you can reach out to us any time you want to proceed with the second song.

They wouldn't sing my now fiance's name…

They wouldn't sing my now fiance's name and they don't ask questions or anything besides when we started going out I wanted something more personal and meaningful the singer was amazing but their should be more personal questions asked to make it more special

Anniversary Song

I submitted a few versions changing the lyrics slightly; however, the first version was the best. I was able to listen to each version and then made the purchase. I am truly excited to be able to gift the song tomorrow to a very special individual.♥ If you want a gift that is truly different and want someone to know that you put effort and thought into a special gift, this is it. I have spoken with many of my friends, and they have commented that this is truly an awesome gift bc it becomes "OUR SONG". This is such a heartfelt idea!

I wish it asked more questions so it was more personal and in my song I got for my wife the year we met was 2004 and the song says 2022

I have still not received my song how…

I have still not received my song how long does it take been 24 hours said it only takes a few hours and heard nothing back from them
