Poor customer service
When I told my provider about my sleep issues, her response was "I understand your concern, sleep is very important." NOTHING to help me! That's so uncaring and mean! She could have like she did tell me about the a certain kind of melantonin I never heard of, that was way later. I had mentioned when someone on the internet had an estrogen level of 400, but then she responded as if I did and she knows from my results I sent, I NEVER got to 400 estradiol, only 358. I asked for a prescription for Premarin cream, she never mentioned until much later about that she can't days and days later, which I had to bring up I didn't get what I had asked for. Then took days to send the prior authorization for Addyi prescription instead of right away I had to keep asking. Everynow doctor's want you to not get free care from messages and this is what this is about so they can make sure you keep making appointments by not responding like you should in messages. I am glad I never got the subscription. What is the point of this if you can't get care through your messages and have to make appointments every single time you want something? DO NOT get the subscriptions. They don't care you are suffering, they just don't.
