Everlasting Capital Arvostelua 

was working with Everlasting Capital to secure financing for tree equipment. While they were persistent in trying to get the deal done, I was surprised to see a $1,500 payment drafted before I had even inspected the equipment or made a final decision on the purchase.

My understanding was that no payment would be taken until the deal was finalized. Instead, I was told the payment would be applied toward whatever equipment I ultimately chose, which made me feel pressured to continue working with them rather than freely exploring other financing options.

Given the interest rate was 32%, I felt it was reasonable to compare lenders before committing. Communication around the payment timing should have been much clearer and disclosed upfront.

Josh Fineburg was my representative. Although he repeatedly assured me he had my best interests in mind, my experience did not reflect that. The lack of transparency surrounding the payment ultimately caused me to walk away from the deal. Not to mention he tried to convince me that from a 55k loan paying $1839 mo over 60 months is 20 percent Apr. clearly he didn’t factor in all the fees and didn’t give me my true interest rate which equals 32 percent. Just be honest!

I would strongly encourage anyone considering financing through this company to carefully review all documents and ask detailed questions about when payments may be withdrawn and whether any deposits are refundable before signing anything.
