I purchased some tickets and just needed to ask them some questions and emailed and never received any response. They’re totally unethical company who don’t care about their customers and all they care about is the money. They’re pretty despicable.

Charging 10 euros per ticket for changing the name of the ticket holder, it was never mentioned in the first place.

Charging 10 Euros per ticket for changing the name of the holder. The most expensive bar code generation you can find. Also the user Experience on the Fansale site is horrible.

Eventim requires a medical certificate that you cannot attend the concert in order to refund the money for the purchased tickets. Tickets for a concert to be held in 3 months! Disasteres service, disasteres politics, disasteres communication with clients. Avoid this company at all costs! From now on I will buy tickets for concerts anywhere except through Eventim system.

My wife and I purchased tickets for an Abba tribute concert in Zadar, Croatia in August 2023. There was a storm coming, with very strong winds which delayed the preparations, meaning that even an hour after the scheduled start the band only just managed to do sound checks. The weather kept getting worse, so we left and were told by staff there that we will be given a refund if we ask for it online. However, Eventim refused to refund us. I will not purchase a ticket through them again.

Bought 2 tickets for Enrique Iglesias concert. The total cost was 200$. It happened that concert was canceled and I asked Eventim where can I get money back. They answered that they did all their financial duties and that they are not responsible of giving refound. 2 months after that I still did not get refound of 200$. Eventim is a bunch of thieves. Don't buy anything from them..

I wanted to buy tickets for a Celine Dion concert in Croatia. Tried all Eventim portals offering the concert - eventim.hr, eventim.si and oeticket.com. All of them didn't accept any of my credit cards with strange errors (Try again later, check details, etc.).
Eventim.si provided PayPal as a form of payment, which didn't work either.
And after every unsuccessful payment attempt, I had to wait 15+ minutes for the tickets to be released for sale so I can try again.

Contacting them is not easy as well, especially when they charge you for calling them.

I wasted a few hours and couldn't buy the tickets after all.

Overall, very poor customer experience.

Concert tickets were shipped out fast and arrived on time ( in less than 10 days). Customer service is great, they answered all of my emails within a day, and I got full explanation on everything that I asked about.
