Event Display Australia Arvostelua

The team responded to my quote request within 12hrs. They were able to have a design approved, marquee built, shipped and delivered within 10 days. Super high quality, exactly what we were promised! The marquee itself is also very simple to set up, compact and easy to move around/transit.

After a number of changes to our design and from the time of ordering to delivery, the Event Display team were professional and great to work with.
The banner even at 4m in length is easy to set up and looks fantastic. We are very happy!

All the parts arrived when they say they will. The only negative problem there is no instructions on how to construct the Marque.

Great customer service. Fast turnaround.
Product is really good quality and with 5 year warranty you can’t go wrong. I have already passed on info to 3 other businesses,

They were very price competitive, and they worked through what we needed until we were happy with everything, and the delivery was very fast. The quality is great as well

Great service and follow up and really good value for money

The tableclothes we ordered with the strict timeline didn't arrive on time. Also, we were never told that product is in the production overseas - if we knew, we would never order it.
Also, the quality is bad, as our sales reps have reported, material is really bad and it's not stretchy at all.

I ordered a table cover and business cards. I was on a time limit but that didn't matter, the staff where amazing and I received my order on time and the quality was 100%.

Great service, prompt, helpful fast, good quality
Thank you

Brought a set of mud flaps for me ute paid $200 for them and they sent me drink coasters with the design I wanted
I have emailed and called and haven’t heard anything back

Easy to design, order and great quality product. Great online assistance. Once ordered turn around was super fast.

Genuine company, extremely helpful, understands what the customer wants. Would highly recommend.

Fast turnaround time, great price, great graffics.

happy with the product, but sometimes I had to make calls to get updates on progress.
Initially given the incorrect details for shipping company.

I’m extremely happy with the quality of the marquee, the fast turnaround time and the level of commitment shown to me through the whole process.

Do not recommend at all. This company does not give the service or bare mimimum design/mock ups it advertised.

After multiple mistakes were made through their poor consultation, this team refused to rectify it in time for a large annual university event, and well even after the fact.

After multiple calls and emails to try to get a correct full replacement were ignored, I would not suggest anyone going with this provider.

We recently purchased a marquee from Event Displays
and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the team provided outstanding customer service, making the whole purchasing process smooth, professional, and stress-free.

They were knowledgeable, responsive, and happy to answer all our questions, helping us choose the right marquee for our needs. The quality of the marquee itself has exceeded our expectations — it looks fantastic, is well made, and exactly what we were hoping for.

We really appreciated the clear communication, attention to detail, and support throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Event Displays to anyone looking for high-quality products backed by excellent customer service.
