Ordered very important things from this company for a wedding we are going on 9 days after the order, it still has not shipped!

It should be a 5 star but ordering process should be easier. It end up charging me 3 time for one item it been 2 weeks I am still trying to get all of my refund back. But I did get my product fast and it’s beautiful.

Event Décor Direct is my "go-to" when I need special décor for an event that I usually can't find elsewhere. My items arrive quickly and I don't have any problems with accuracy of my order. My only slight issue is that some items on the website do not have complete measurements of the item. It makes it difficult if I need the item to fit in a certain container or area. Other than that, I highly recommend Event Décor Direct to event and wedding professionals to enhance their inventory and set themselves apart from the competition! Their products are all very high quality!

Still waiting on a shipping quote. System said will get a quote within 1 business day and it has been a week and nothing. I called and was told that the supervisor was the only one that deals with that and will get an answer form her the next day. Still waiting.

Ordered a 40-foot voile scarf for an arbor at the last minute. I need it for this Saturday (EAster weekend). It arrived 3 days after I ordered it! I live in rural Ontario, Canada...............I was blown away! And, the scarf has been folded in the box so as not to wrinkle it! Absolutely fabulous service. They not only got it to me on time just before Easter but it arrived 2 days early. I am so very impressed. Thank you Event Decor Direct!

Shipping costs are sometimes high which results in me cancelling my order. Other than that I am very happy with the service ,product and the prompt arrival of my orders.

This is my second time ordering from EDD, and I am disappointed. I purchased a floral back drop , two bases, a cross bar, and one upright. I never received the netting and the pins were the wrong size. I was hoping this would be ready for a venue setup for the weekend. I will now have to refund and disappoint a customer. This backdrop set up is not a cheap purchase. Expected more professionalism from EDD. Customer service was contacted for urgent assistance and no response was heard. Not a happy experience with EDD

Had an issue with packaging and shipping... Danielle & Stephanie made sure that the issue was resolved and everything was taken care of on my end!!! 100% of customer service, Definitely will be ordering again, because of their care for me as a customer..

Order shades that took more than 6 weeks to get and received the wrong item twice!!
First deliver wrong color and size, second wrong color again!
Didn't even bother to complain the second time, feel like I am wasting my time.
