The glass and new handle were fitted. But now the window frame is very stiff? Somethings not right.
And the key won't open it either now.

New window
It was a relief to get our new window fitted , we had waited 2months for. The young man who fitted the window was efficient and very pleasant. After he had installed the window he cleaned away any mess made and took the old window with him.

They were quick with date of…
They were quick with date of installation after coming to quote.
The men were careful and considerate when inside the house, covering floors etc.
They sent two teams out so done in a couple of days.

Once claim in, handled quickly. Did take a while to install but that was down to the glass being available.

Utterly dire for a basic simple task of…
Utterly dire for a basic simple task of removing one glass panel to allow cleaning. Obscene cost of £800 for such a menial task and then trying to get a date for the work, like pulling teeth!

Arrived within the allotted appointment time.
Very tidy installation. Negligible plaster damage on existing door removal. Really accurate and neat colour coordinated sealer applied around the new doorframe.
