My problem was addressed and resolved by Evamatodor. I have now received the goods and I am very happy with the mats.

Meine Matten passen leider nicht
Meine Matten passen leider nicht. Ich bin seit einer Woche in Verhandlung diese zurück zu senden und warte auf den Rücksendeschein.
Ich habe von meinem Widerrufsrecht gebrauch gemacht. Leider bekomme ich keine Antwort mehr. Schade!
Letztendlich wurde der Konflikt gelöst und ich habe meine Rückerstattung erhalten. Danke!

The customer placed an order and after receiving mats immediately asked for a full refund. We asked to send the pictures to explain what has happened and we saw that pilot mat was different. Our engineers said that it may have been that the car model by customer was chosen incorrectly because it was for the hybrid version of the car.
We offered for customer:
1. To clarify by EU vin number checker the exact model of the car - sometimes customers really dont know which model and year they have. but this makes a big difference. And we produce just the pilot mat and send to customer. Customer refused it.
So we went to a option Nr. 2 - full refund. It takes time, for us to process. We ordered GLS and the mats were taken back from the customer and as of today we have issued full refund.

Der Kunde gab eine Bestellung auf und verlangte nach Erhalt der Matten sofort eine vollständige Rückerstattung. Wir baten, die Bilder zu senden, um zu erklären, was passiert ist, und wir sahen, dass Pilot Matte anders war. Unsere Ingenieure sagten, dass es sein kann, dass das Automodell von Kunden falsch gewählt wurde, weil es für die Hybrid-Version des Autos war.
Wir haben es dem Kunden angeboten:
1. Klärung des genauen Fahrzeugmodells mit Hilfe des EU-Vinylnummernprüfers - manchmal wissen die Kunden wirklich nicht, welches Modell und welches Jahr sie haben. Und wir produzieren nur die Pilotmatte und schicken sie dem Kunden. Der Kunde hat es abgelehnt.
Also haben wir uns für die Option Nr. 2 entschieden - volle Rückerstattung. Es dauert eine Weile, bis wir das bearbeitet haben. Wir bestellten GLS und die Matten wurden vom Kunden zurückgenommen und seit heute haben wir die volle Rückerstattung ausgestellt.

I am extremely satisfied with it
I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the EVA mat I purchased. I used to face persistent issues with my kids bringing in heaps of sand with their dirty shoes, making the car interior a mess. This new mat has impressively addressed that problem, allowing for quick and efficient cleaning of the car's interior. The material quality is top-notch, and it fits my Range Rover Evoque perfectly without any issues. Highly recommended!
