I somehow ordered the wrong size, totally a mistake on my part. Evaless Support is sending me the correct size, not charging me for the exchange & advised me to just donate the shirt that didn't fit me. Wow! I will be a loyal customer for a long time!

Love Evaless! I can't find anything like this anywhere else! Even had a great exchange experience for items I order wrong.

Don't order clothes here unless you know they will fit you for sure. You can't get a full refund. You can only get 50 refund and you can try to sell what you purchase or you can exchange and hope you get the correct size that fits you. I ordered tops and they fit perfectly. I ordered shorts and jeans and they are completely the wrong size. Still have not heard back on when to accept my 50% refund.

Evaless agreed to send me a replacement shoes for the ones that were the wrong size this was the first time I ordered from evaless I am very satisfied that I can receive another pair

I ordered a shirt but accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I told them about it they reshipped the correct size right away.
The wrong size shirt got here and it is really cute and good quality. They said I should give it to someone and not worry about the return. Wow !
The new shirt is on its way. Now I will have my cute top as well as a gift. Can’t wait till my new top gets here. I will definitely order again.

Ordered my size according to the charts, a little snug, I contacted Evaless and they are sending the new size out and asked that I donate the original item!!

I ordered and paid $40 for some black skeleton shoes women’s size 9 for a birthday. I received a child size pair of shoes. Customer service does not answer their phone when I wrote a response to customer service asking for a refund or if I could return them the only thing they tried to tell me is that I ordered the wrong size so since everything comes from China, I guess I’m just out $40 with no resolution, I will never order from evaless again poor customer service. Obviously they just want the money I don’t care about the customer.

Very easy to exchange sizes when I needed to.

They were willing to work with me to get the size that fits best!

I purchase 2 pair of shoes and they were to big. They run bigger than US sizes. They were very good quality and super cute. I contacted customer service support and they sent free replacements and told me to keep the ones I had. I will use them again because they have cute, good quality items and superior customer service!

I did not know the brand and it has surprised me. I love the quality of the fabrics. The design is very good and the colors transmit joy. Now they are basics in my wardrobe.

Products came in a reasonable time. Customer service was great with a concern I did have to ask. I love the shirts but do not recommend you dry them. Air dry to help keep the vinyl stick without the bubbles. Overall I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you!

My experience with this company is good I ordered sneakers and I made a mistake on my size and sent them a email when I received the product and asked them to send a bigger size and they were very accommodating and sent me an email that they would send a bigger size which was great

A couple of items that I ordered didn’t quite fit properly. After emailing the company I had a prompt response and they immediately offered to send me replacement items. Very kind, very courteous, and very fair. I love the merchandise, and I will continue to order from this company.

I believed I had ordered a size 8 shoe but received a 10. After a little discussion a size 8 is now on the way to me. I certainly appreciate the help I received and will no doubt order again.
