Waited almost a month for “white” pants from Evaberry NewYork… and got yellow/cream (see photo).

The material is paper-thin, the buttons feel cheap, and the overall quality is nowhere near what’s advertised. This feels like one of those brands that looks great online but completely misses in real life.

Ordered a "posture correcting bra" and received a flimsy piece of fabric with bunched up padding that sticks out of a hole in the middle. It does not at all match the video advertisement. It is unwearable. Immediately requesting a refund and of course now seeing that I may have to pay the shipping costs to send it back. Such a rip off.

This company is a SCAM! I ordered flowers that took a month to receive after several emails and finally got 2 stems of flowers that look worse than Dollar Tree $1.25 stems that cost me $45! After several requests return the for a full refund. I was given a million options. DO NOT ORDER! Keep writing bad reviews! Shut them down!!!!

This company is a total scam. They false adverties their products. Order what was suppose to be vaneer teeth.
Insteed I got plastic teeth which do not fit. I could have bought a better set from the Spirit Halloween store.

The product that was sent was not the product that was advertised. This site is a scam.

OMG!! First the order took unbelievably(over a month) long. The order was wrong. The return was even more a disaster with a return address being 12" long. Designed to discourage a customer to just forget it. I do recommend ordering anything from this company

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering what looked like a great posture bra. What I received was not remotely what was advertised, was flimsy like silk underwear AND would have fit a toddler. Though they also state "satisfaction guaranteed", they do not honor that at all. I sent pictures of what was advertised along side of what I actually received. Like others I now see in the reviews, they offer a partial refund and say to "gift" the bra to someone who can use it. Total scam. The big lesson here is this: do NOT buy from any vendors like this who are advertising on Pineterest!!!!

I purchased by mistake a posture correcting bra from Eva Berry. I was scrolling through my Pinterest and Came Upon This bra and I clicked on it to look at it and somehow it purchased it for me. I could not get out of it. So I received the bra it was so thin it was ridiculous I tried putting it on it did not go over my breast it sat right on my chest. I tried to contact the company through email and received a message that it was the incorrect email so I tried looking up a phone number and there is no phone number. So I got taken for like 30 some dollars for this thin bra that doesn't cover my boobs. So buyer beware don't scroll just keep on going

Horrible customer service. Sent me the wrong product and would not issue a return and just kept asking me for more pictures. I wish I would have read this board before ordering.

If I could give this company less, I would. If something with the product is not right, or you don’t like it, FORGET sending it back… it Has to be sent to China!
I ordered a bra. The bra wouldn’t even go over my boobs… the length of the arm holes were too small. Plus it was poorly made. I wrote to Evaberry. They offered me a replacement. But, after seeing how poorly made it was, I just wanted to return it. Evaberry offered me 20% off, then 50% off instead of sending it back to China. I finally took the 50% off and threw the bra away…

Product was completly different than advertised. Did not provide any kind of support it claimed. Customer service is a joke. They will ask you to pay for shipping to the warehouse in China in order to do a return even if the item is defective. If I could give zero stars I would. I should have done more research before trusting the website.

Poor quality and no refund in sight. I purchased 2 bras made of some random thin nylon cut out with no stitching, tiny shoulder pads for the cup and reeked of chemicals. Just sickening and awful!! This company and its distributors should be shut down!!

Sent me the wrong item. Customer Service offered to let me buy another item for 50% off! Unbelievable! Did not offer to send me the item I ordered. Then they offered me a 30% refund. Still did not offer to let me return the wrong item or send the correct one. DO NOT BUY FROM YHIS COMPANY.

I recently made a purchase, and when I tried to return the product, finding customer support was extremely difficult and frustrating. I still have the merchandise because they have yet to tell me the return procedure and address to mail it to.

They picture something completely different than what is sent to you. I ordered a hair topper with three clips underneath to attach it to the top of my head. They sent me hair attached to a cheap butterfly clip with zip ties…
I emailed them to request a refund. They responded with a 50% off code on a different item. Why? So I can get scammed again!? Evaberry is 💩. Don’t associate yourself with them.

After 18 emails, I’m done. This company is dishonest, manipulative, and a complete waste of time. They have officially lost a customer and earned a well-deserved terrible review. the return policy is false advertising. My leggings were never worn, and I attempted to return them immediately (the day they arrived). The only reason they were never sent back is because the company refused to provide a return address—despite repeated requests. Instead of honoring their policy, they stalled, dodged, and tried to negotiate away my refund (first offering a coupon, then offering 30% of my refund back finally 50% of my refund back after arguing), the company customer service clearly hoping to run out the return window while holding my money hostage. I even made it clear I would pay return shipping myself, yet they still refused to process a proper return.
This is not customer service. It’s a deliberate strategy to avoid refunds while pushing a low-quality product on customers until they give up. Completely unethical. I will never purchase from this company again, and I strongly recommend others stay far away I wished there was zero stars as a warning label.
