They are horrible about following through and the products are subpar. Still waiting after a couple of months just to figure out who to talk to!

Tried to return item. They have 30-day money back guarantee. Left messages, 3 emails, chat, and no one responds. Don't believe their return policy.

Ordered a part for my car and only received a partial order. I’ve written to them multiple times with no response. Tried calling and the call simply goes to a voice mail that gives no indication it’s even for this company.

I’ll be seeking recovery from my credit card company and will never purchase anything from them in the future.

Have had a horrible experience with this company. I have emailed, called, got on their "live chat", and even reported a dispute with them though PayPal and have yet to get any response whatsoever from the company at all. The customer service phone number rings 3x then goes to voicemail (which hasn't been returned). Going on 2 days of no response now via their live chat I've kept up all day at work with not one response.

The Problem...
Firstly, I did not receive what I ordered. It’s not even the correct brand based on the branding on the outside of the box. I purchased the Model 3 gradient style ambient light set which should have included the dash board, center console and rear seat lights. This requires a minimum of 4 light cords and only 3 were in the box. None of which is even long enough to fit the dash.

Secondly, even if it was the correct order, there are no instructions with it on how to wire everything and hide the cords. These is a very limited instructions but those don’t even match what is inside the box. It shows to plug it into a USB yet inside the box it’s a cigaret lighter. It’s not even a Tesla car in the instructions to these “custom Tesla lights”.

5 star reviews are written by company employees. This company is a scam 💯. Placed an order over a week ago. No shipping and no reply to the daily email and site chat messages I’ve left. Phone number just goes to voicemail and they don’t respond there either. I’ve repeatedly asked to cancel the order and there is no reply. 6 emails and chat messages later I finally filed a chargeback. It will take a couple months to get my money back. This site is a scam!!! BUYER BEWARE

I ordered the wheel rim protector for my Tesla and installed them as per the instruction with the 3M adhesive. The next day the protector stated peeling off. I try to contact customer service twice and I'm still waiting for a response.
Do not buy from EVAAM.

Trash. Ordered a product and tried to cancel within 5 minutes of ordering because I was able to find it cheaper else where. Recieved package and immediately attempted to contact company for instructions to return for their 30 day money back guarantee. NO response even after 4 separate emails. Next step is to just file charge back with merchant and write reviews so others don't get taken advantage of. Stay away, seems like a money grab by company middlemaning China products.

Purchased 2 items from EVAAM and wish to return both for a refund, as stated in the return info on their website. They state the return must be within 30 days of delivery and I am approaching that deadline. I have sent 3 messages on their website and have attempted to call twice, only to reach a recording. I have heard nothing from the company. Seems there may not be a customer service dept. Wish I had researched this company more before I made the purchases!

They deserve 0 stars. Beware they are not even competent to fulfill an order correctly. Ordered multiple items for my 2023 model 3. Order confirmation shows the 2021-2023 version was purchased and guess what they ship me the version that is not compatible with 2023. They didn't do it for one item they did it to two items and messed up the entire order.

They don't respond to emails and when calling it goes straight to an automated message that says the inbox is full and you can't leave a message at this time. If this doesn't scream fake unreliable business that needs to be shutdown permanently not sure what does.

EVAAM does not honor their 30-day return policy, and customer service is nonexistent. Ordered a rim protector that did not fit my wheel. Emailed company as stated on website for instructions on how to return product. Repeated email every 4-5 days until 4 emails were sent with no response. Sent message through website portal, no response. Tried calling customer service phone number, only to get message that voice mailbox is full (try calling yourself, 949-300-7580). I left a negative review as a customer on their website, it was removed within an hour. In the meantime my 30 day return period is expiring soon.

Wish I had checked reviews more extensively. Order 2 items - total of $250. Never received item, contacted them and customer support said I will receive in 2 weeks and if not, reach out back to them. Well it's been more than a month since the 2 weeks and heard nothing from them after multiple emails. Total scam.

DO NOT TRUST. I wanted to return 1 item from my order and emailed several times, called the number that went to voicemail twice, tried to contact through the website - ZERO response. They’ve taken steps to hide their identity so you can’t even find them on Better Business Bureau. I did a return to sender on my order and have proof it was delivered - no refund, no contact, nothing. Never in my life have I dealt with a seller like this. Avoid.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased rim protectors from EVAAM and they never showed up. Tracking number shows them stuck in LA and customer support responded once saying I should wait 1-2 weeks. Still not here two weeks later and EVAAM is ignoring my request for a refund. I’ve reached out three times now with no response and customer support number goes straight to voicemail.

Sadly, I need to leave a poor review due to the fact that two out of the three items I purchased did not fit properly. I requested a refund and was told (after waiting over a week to hear back! that I could send them back in for a refund. When they received the items they took a 20% restocking fee and tried to tell me it was because the items were used. Obviously the items were not used because they didn’t fit and therefore could not be used. They never responded when I asked for the full refund. Buyer beware as the items don’t fit correctly and the quality is not worth the money.

Zero customer service. Emails, calls no response. Ordered Tesla shades. Show they were picked up in China, but after a week were sent back to the sender. They spent their money on a good looking website, but not customer service. Not sure if I’ll ever get my product or a refund.

Excellent Support and relative fast shipment

I wish I can leave them zero. I purchased shades for my Tesla. They shipped out the wrong ones. I had to return the wrong ones on my dime they are saying they never receive them. I have a tracking number that is saying delivered they will not credit me my money they are being very childish over such a petty transaction. Stay clear.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. REFUND POLICY IS A JOKE!
