Popped into the store to pick up my latest guitar. I had already had some great service via email, which is part of their great service, regular offers, discounts and news
Tried out a few models, in the line of my choice, and was more than satisfied. I bought a few extras to go with my guitar, and have already arranged to visit again soon, to buy another gadget. Always great advice, fantastic service, and a friendly welcome every single time. We need to support this kind of business, as they are valuable to our community. 10 from 10 for me.

The 12” 30 strand pure sound snares are way overpriced. I payed $120 for them. They are 40 dollars online elsewhere. Also no delivery on my package

I'm really sorry that this order felt stressful — especially around tracking and customs. I just want to clarify what happened and hopefully clear a few things up for anyone reading.
Your parcel was shipped promptly and full tracking details were provided. The courier attempted delivery, and the item has since been delivered. If tracking ever shows something confusing (like "attempted" or "held"), we're always happy to step in and speak to the courier on your behalf.
On the price: international orders will sometimes look higher than the price you might see from a domestic seller. That’s not us trying to overcharge — it’s because overseas shipments take more time and cost on our side. We personally check and pack the item, complete the customs paperwork correctly, and pay higher shipping costs to get it to you safely. That extra handling is built into the export price.
Regarding duties: import duty/tax is charged by your country’s customs, not by us. Even so, as a goodwill gesture we’ve already refunded you the duties so that you’re not out of pocket on this purchase.
We’re a small, family-run shop and we do genuinely care about each order. If anything about the price or shipping didn’t feel right, we wish you’d reached out to us before leaving a one-star review — we’re real people, and we’ll always do our best to work with you and make it right.

Noteably good service
It’s so good to be greeted cordially and treated with respect- even if I don’t know much about instruments or repairs. They were exceptionally helpful and good humoured and I would recommend them to anyone. This was my second visit and the service was impeccable.
