Stayed at Eurostars Las Salinas in Fuerterventura for the 3rd time. There are many negative reviews about this hotel, but we cannot fault it. The food is OK, and you will always find something decent... Näytä lisää

Eurostars Las Salinas hotel, Fuerteventura.
My family and I stayed at the Eurostars Las Salinas hotel in Caleta de Fuste, Fuertventura all inclusive for seven nights.
The hotel is bare, staffing inadequate and they advertise four person villa accommodation (pricey) which is misleading to say the least. The 2nd bedroom is approx 6 x 6 with two single beds in, wall to wall. Nothing else in the room, not even a window. This room was totally useless for my daughter, her husband and ten month old baby. Hotel management did nothing to make the situation any better, indeed they charged us another £750 for a room for my daughter, son in law and baby! Added to the £4700 I’d already paid for the accommodation really spoiled this very important holiday. Very disappointed, complaint made, and wouldn’t go to another Eurostars hotel, anywhere in the world.

The hotel did not come up to…
The hotel did not come up to expectations , no tea making facilities , no robe , not even a box of tissues . The breakfast was ok but expensive .
The staff where excellent very helpful .
But we have stayed in many hotels in Salamanca and this one does not rate as well as others .
Also the parking is under ground and broke down on exit .
Not a good end to a nice stay in a very beautiful place .

Nice hotel but unprofessional reception staff
Nice hotel, delicious breakfast, nice cleaning staff and really good location. However, the service at the reception was super bad. When we asked questions they would roll their eyes or put a fingergun to their head, when they thought we weren't looking.
We did not meet a serviceminded or professional staff in the reception at all.
We left the hotel with a really bad feeling.

OK, but not 5 stars
We stayed at Eurostars Madrid tower - 5 stars hotel. Would not rate it as 5 stars. Stayed in a 4 stars hotel and was much more satisfied. Here no one takes your luggage to the room. Only 2 bottles of water at arrival in the room and then you have to buy. The matress is rather hard. Location OK, 5 min walk from the Metro. The breakfast though was very nice.
