Caldaia in blocco dopo un mese circa il tecnico decide di uscire ma essendo un "tecnico "alla mio cugino non risolve il problema anzi ci esorta a non rompere le scatole
Soldi buttati assicurazione incapace di gestire i problemi

Ore 23.30 ho chiamato l assistenza per un guasto alla macchina e per l intervento del carro attrezzi sono stato ricontattato alle 7.00 di mattina del giorno dopo se avevo ancora necessità... questa è abbandono non assistenza COMPLIMENTI ANCHE ALLA NISSAN per il pessimo servizio reso

sono banditi autorizzati , un viaggio di 2 giorni da 600 euro solo perchè avevo fatto il check in e poi sono stato male mi hanno detto che non era previsto il rimborso

Absolute NO GO. I had a medical emergency and NOTHING worked. We had to locally organize everything (evacuation, transport, hospital) ourselves, which cost us the equivalent of 10k+ EUR at our own expense. we got a written confirmation about all expenses being covered as they were not capable of organizing assistance for several days (in an established international tourist region). Later they refused to pay a large part of what was previously confirmed in written form.
If it was a life threatening situation I would be dead by now.

Appspour déclarer sinistre ne fonctionne pas. Il te dise d'essayer ultérieurement, mais une fois que t'as tout remplit. Envoi papier, photocopie, justificatif en 5 exemplaire... truc pratique et simple.
Une fois qu'ils ont tout... il faut pleurer les paiements !! J'en suis à 10 appels, après 2 mois et demi d'attente, elle est aller voir le manager!! 20 min attente tél. Il y en a des boites lamentables, mais là je pense qu'ils surpassent les autres. Je lacherai pas ils vont me rembourser mes 850€

rottura tapparella intervento dopo 1 mese. tra l'altro scortesia e disorganozzazione del call centre. il tecnico ha bidonato diverse volte

I can only repeat what everyone else has said. Awful, awful experience. I only wish I’d read these reviews before I paid for my travel insurance.

Richiedono una marea di documenti assurdi (nessuno mi aveva mai chiesto il certificato di paternità di mia figlia, non facente nemmeno parte del viaggio poi)
Fanno di tutto per non rimborsare nulla
O abbassare il rimborso

Contrata-se um seguro de viagem e de saúde, com todas as coberturas e mais algumas, mas no momento em que é necessário, afinal não cobre nada mesmo cumprindo todas as clausulas.

Purchased through BA, who cancelled my flight. Turns out the insurance doesn't pay out for anything on a cancelled flight i.e. lost my hire car, which I paid in advance for 3-weeks. Awful experience putting a claim in, all on a really crap website on British Airways site.

Whole thing reflects on BA too, who have gone downhill over the years.

Cercavo un'assicurazione annuale viaggio.
Ho contattato diversi fornitori prima di scegliere Europassistance che: ha risposto subito alla chiamata, ha dato informazioni precise, ha condiviso materiale comprensibile. Anche l'importo annuale è competitivo rispetto ai molti altri selezionati.
Mi auguro siano così efficienti anche in fase di liquidazione dei sinistri.

Bought a trip to Africa in 2021 signed a comprehensive protection of EuropAssistance S. A. Covid appeared again and Emirates canceled my return trip home. Tried to call BravoFly for help with what I can do but it didn't work not much help or support from them. Went to the Emirates office in the country but as my trip was booked through an agent they couldn't do anything. Book a new return trip home with another company so I got home. I have tried to get compensation for the cancelled trip home but the answer I got is that the flight has departed as planned. Also sent to EuropAssistance S. A compensation claim for extra expenses as I was allowed to stay 8 days longer than planned and it cost me more. The flight ticket home is still on Emirates but I can't access it as it is booked by an agent. In total with everything I spent 2000$, 20 000SEK more on accommodation and another return flight home and everyone disclaims any responsibility for my expenses. I will never book through an agent again definitely not BravoFly. Take your time and use the airline pages and put together the trip, easier to get compensation than messing around with agents that have no intentions to compensate you.

En février 2020, j'avais acheté chez OPODO 4 billets Aller-retour (=4700 euros) pour l'Australie, pour un vol début juillet 2020. Le jour-même, j'ai assuré les billets chez Europassistance (= 232 euros) Le vol a été annulé par la compagnie Etihad pour cause de pandémie) ! Europassistance n'a pas proposé de gérer le dossier alors que le contrat mentionnait sa validité "en cas de pandémie dans le pays d'accueil" en toute lettres !!!!!! Aucun sérieux...🧐🧐 Où est le respect des engagements ?

I cancel a flight and they paid me back very fast. However they didn't give full refound but it was a large percentage. I recommend. :)

We had a very similar experience to that of Barabara - except that it took over 3 months to get any response at all and then it was a standardised sentance. We will never use Europassistance again

We booked a family holiday flight with Ryanair for Christmas 2021. Understanding that Ryanair have a non-reimbursement policy they advertise their associated insurance with Europassistance. Due to Covid entry restrictions into Germany, which came into force 2 days before we were due to travel (because of the omicron variant), we could not travel. The insurance with Europassistance did not make it transparent that in such an event they would not reimburse the flight costs. The clause was hidden in a very long and unreadable document. We lost a large amount of money. They communication was non-responsive initially and it took them over 2 months to inform us that the claim has been denied. In summary: do not fly Ryanair or use their associated insurance if you want to be covered for that eventuality!
