Comfy boots

I purchased my hiking boots for fishing and dog walking, they arrived very quickly, are light and comfortable with excellent tread so I'm very happy with my purchase. The price was good too.

Hi Philip,

Sorry the shopping experience for you wasn't as good as we'd hoped. We're very surprised that we've made this mistake and would like to carry out some investigation once we have the boots back.

We've emailed you the instructions with a return label attached on 21 Jan 2022, right after you contacted us, and we've tried to contact you by phone as we were expecting the parcel back so we can give you a replacement. We now understand why we didn't receive the parcel back from you.

Please can you check the spam/junk folder for an email from us dated 21 Jan 2022 at 4:28pm in case our email to you was routed to these areas?

We've also emailed you on the same address on 01 Feb, having seen your Trustpilot review, to check if we were sending emails to the correct address. Please can you reply to this email to verify we have the right email address. Once verified we can prepare another return label for you to send the goods back to us.

If you're unable to find the emails we've sent, then please can you provide another address to uk@euromart.com and we'll make the updates on our system and send the new return label there.

Ordered two pairs of shoes

Ordered two pairs of shoes, the first came very quickly the second didn't and I had to call to get an update as the process wasn't updated. Other than that the shoes were ok and just need to see how long they last.

Great experience, quality product

I came across euromart through recommendation from a friend, so I’ve decided to give it a try and I wasn’t disappointed , I’ve bought a lovely bag for work and the quality was great. It arrived on time and the transaction was easy and smooth.

Heard of them a couple of months ago

Heard of them a couple of months ago. Ordered from them twice. First order was a leather bag for my husband - quality was solid and we had a smooth delivery. Second order was a month later and we ordered some slippers. Slippers came a little late but they kept me informed throughout, which was reassuring. Overall pretty good service and a good range to choose from.
