Although the company were extremely attentive when I was interesting in booking a toilet for a family function , once paid the communication has been not great.

I did not get any further information regards the delivery. I was told they would come on the Thursday from 7am onwards. I thought they might text or ring like other companies to say they were 30mins away or something.
I actually needed the toilet for the Sunday but they delivered it on Thursday as they said no availability for delivery otherwise.

The delivery driver was very helpful and suggested we move the toilet across on my garden as far away from the house as possible incase of smells as they are not fast at collecting.
I was told that they collected a few days after the event as it was bank holiday.
Now over a week later it is still on my drive.
Having had no contact from the company to tell me when it would be collected I rang to be told it can be from at least 7 days from the Monday , not including Bank Holiday. I was not told this at booking when I asked they said around 5 days from delivery.

The toilet and unit were not very clean and the sanitiser unit didn't dispense. So I had to clean the inside before we used it.

So now I have a huge toilet that needs emptying on my front drive and they will be here sometime this week, hopefully.

I requested they at least let me know when so I can be here to move the cars out the way for access. People do work and we can't be hanging around in case you decide to turn up.

I find this very inconvenient and I would expect better customer service.
You are quick to take payment but not so quick to uplift after.

Disappointed and I would not use them again. It is summer who wants a toilet left for over a week on their front drive once the event is over!!

Arrived filthy, delivery driver asked me for water to pour over it. Had to clean by hand myself. Hand sanitizer pump out of order, charge you a rate but deliver at 3pm- days gone

Great service delivered quickly following short notice of our requirements

You totally disregarded our instruction to arrive after 9 o'clock. The operator was over an hour early which meant my site person rushing to get there . Better timetabled communications would be appreciated.

The toilet was cleaned thoroughly and left in good order. I received a phone call from the technician saying he was on his way. Easy to book the service and it was carried out within the time scale given.

fast and reliable fulfilled our site needs and included free weekly cleaning. the staff who took my booking was fast and efficient and delivery staff was friendly and able to accommodate specific needs of locations, overall grate prices and staff would recommend
