Despite giving 7 days notice for removal of the portable toilet from our site and numerous follow-up calls, the toilet has still not been collected. It hasn't been cleaned for several weeks either and is causing a nuisance in every respect to neighbours and to completion of works on site. We will not be using Euroloo again.

We are experiencing continual issues with services being missed. Phoned today and Laura promised to get someone to call but this never happened. A lot of broken promises which is disappointing given that the first month was very promising. The servicing engineers are very polite and friendly when they do turn up, I think it’s the back office organisation or lack of it that let’s them down.

I’ve had a difficult experience with euroloo, I’ve been charged for 2 toilets despite only having one, my toilet wasn’t emptied for weeks and then it wasn’t collected when I said I didn’t want it anymore as it was so full the builders couldn’t use it. Then I was told that I needed a man on site and a trolley available for them to collect when I said I couldn’t guarantee this they need to send 2 men, they ignored me and sent one man who said my carpenter refused to help and wouldn’t tell him where the trolley was. This wasn’t true as he did help and they used my trolley, I’ve not complained or made a fuss but now I’m so cross to be left 2 voicemails telling me it was my fault the toilet couldn’t be removed.

Missed service calls, promises of sorting but to no avail. They are quick to take payment but not at sorting issues.

Great company. Always used them and never had any issues. The team on the phone are really friendly and helpful and I always have someone come round every week to service the toilet. They leave the toilet clean, with hand gel and with enough toilet roll.

All the staff always helpful, from the office, through to delivery, weekly cleaning and collection staff.

Value for money.

Delivery was good and the condition of the unit is very clean and usable. My wife is fussy a d she has no problem with it.

Although only intended for a month I have further work to do later in the year and will have no hesitation to order again.

Was very happy with the service received, it was quick and delivered swiftly, the only downside was the timings of the delivery, it was delivered very early to site when we wasn't there and we had to move it into place at our customers property, but other than that we were very happy with the service

Service provided by this company is a joke and headache for the contractor. I paid for a weekly toilet emptying and after 4 weeks had to cancel the hire as it wasn’t emptied even once..! Calling customer service twice a week for two weeks didn’t help. Emails left without reply. Toilet was full and couldn’t be used for 3 weeks but no discount or refund. To end the contact you need to pay everything they want in advance otherwise the hire will continue. It is a trap. So we wasted money, didn’t receive any service and had to explain ourselves to the investor for the inconvenience of smelly toilet…
DON’T RECOMMEND if you don’t want to lose money and your good opinion.

We used Euroloo after them bombarding us with emails we thought we would try them on a job. However see remarks below.
1. Toilet not cleaned for 4 weeks.
2.The flush was broken never fixed throughout its use despite telling them and the guy who serviced obviously never checking it.
3.On completion when they come to collect the guy wouldn't take because it hadn't been emptied him saying "they have had a lot of blokes leave and lots not being serviced". When it was cleaned that guy said he couldt take it!!!,he was the service guy.
4. When they come to take it they knocked the coping stone and top course of bricks off the pier . I complained to customer services who said " their guys saw the pier and bricks were loose and they removed them lifted the WC out and then neatly place the items back".I said complete nonsense why didn't they knock on the clients door and show her instead of leaving.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT -USELESS.
Needless to say removed from our supply chain. BE AWARE OF EUROLOO!!

Fantastic service. Loved Euroloo Toilet. It was clean, really spacious & fresh. Everyone that used it complimented it. I will be using Euroloo again & highly recommend their service. Thanks.
