What an absolute disgrace of a company

What an absolute disgrace of a company, I ordered skirting board, door trims etc, over £109,and ordered on 1st march,delivery normally within two days, after taking my money straight away they they still have not delivered items, no communication whatsoever, I have contacted the Tewkesbury branch on two occasions, they promised me delivery would be on 11th or 12th, today they said due to an error it will now be on 17th, the worst part is I told them I would be on holiday from the 13th, took no notice of that.
So I haven't received any of the items I ordered and now have to contact my bank to claim the payment back, completely disgraceful customer service from this company.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the communication from our Tewkesbury branch and that we were unable to fulfil your order within the expected timeframe.

Unfortunately, these particular items are not stocked in our branches, which resulted in a delay while the branch waited to receive them. We understand how frustrating this can be and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

As discussed during our earlier telephone conversation, your order has now been cancelled and a full refund has been processed back to your original payment method.

Ordered item as it said branch was open…

Ordered item as it said branch was open onsite. Arrived at branch to find note on door with closure dates. Wasted journey and couldn't complete my job. Would.have been better if website was updated to show alternative hours.

Ordered online for delivery mon 24 th…

Ordered online for delivery mon 24 th contacted order online email 27th email sent to branch to arrange delivery and to contact customer
Guess the outcome no response
Probably better to spend a little bit more and choose a company from china because it will arrive quicker
Or don’t do what I did drive somewhere else and pick it up?

When's it going to be delivered - who knows?

Ordered the product and received immediate order confirmation. Heard nothing since about a delivery date - am I meant to wait in everyday and put everything else on hold? Quite poor for this day and age.

Good service, good staff

I phoned the Tewkesbury branch at 4…

I phoned the Tewkesbury branch at 4 o’clock on the Monday and ask if they had a certain item in, but they did not, so the Gentleman on the other side of the phone said he could get it here by 7:30am the next morning, he was true to his word
