I think Eurocell is very good because the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Quick turn around also for getting stuff in, that isn't in stock or a non stock item.

Excellent place to go for numerous products. The staff are friendly extremely helpful. Made us feel at ease once explained what we wanted to do. The manager Karl was great help in every question we put to him. Steve the delivery driver was friendly polite and very professional with advising me. Definitely a 5 star process from start to finish.

Ordered on a Thursday afternoon to get an email to say someone will be in touch within 48 hours about delivery, had nothing until I emailed the following week. Had a call to say it ‘might’ be on the Friday delivery, if not it’ll be another week.
Had no contact on the Friday to say whether my order was there or not, all I needed was someone to let me know as this was now holding up other jobs, had to email again to then be told it had arrived on the following Friday’s delivery and wont be delivered till the Tuesday?
So 2 and a half weeks from date of order and no updates until prompted.
Appalling customer service from Tamworth branch.
Will not be using again.
