Will defo use this site again. Ash at the Trentham branch in Stoke provides outstanding customer service! From product description, alternative solutions and going the extra mile in sourcing the item from another branch, he has been fantastic! Great product, prompt delivery and 5 star service

The manager Ash and all the lads are absolutely first class. The service is amazing. Really helpful staff that do their best all the time. Helpful and really polite. Wouldn't use anywhere else.

I was tasked with collecting 5x gutter joining units. I am a customer service excellence super judge and seldom im impressed,..but I was so.thrilled to be served by s gentleman with a beard last week. He was absolutely on it..I hope the management team at Trentham look after him...or you will lose him. He is an employers dream. Knowledgeable, polite helpful and just a delight to speak to. When Someone has done a good job it deserves a mention
