Ordered online for local collection got a phone call shortly after to say my order was ready for pickup & a text message as well , at the branch the lad was very polite & helpful & he even loaded my car for me , great service.
Product is quality & reasonably priced.

Having recently used Eurocell Ltd to source my new windows for my "Man Cave", I have to say that I have been very impressed with their service.

The staff at Eurocell seemed to enjoy going 'beyond the call of duty' when dealjng with my request. They were very conscientious, courteous and above all very helpful.

I would highly recommend Eurocell Ltd to anyone considering buying new double glazed windows, doors or even facias and guttering products.

Rugby branch had the exact cill I needed, cut it for me to fit in my car and a great price. Added bonus was the friendly staff. Highly recommended

Have been using Rugby Branch for a couple of months now. Customer service is always excellent, and staff members are very knowledgeable about the products. Needed a urgent delivery the other day, they dropped everything to get it to me. At very short notice.

Very disappointed that I was charged a higher price in store than what is advertised online. When I questioned their online customer services about this I was told that I should return my purchase to the store for a refund then reorder it online and collect in store. It wasn’t worth doing as it would cost me more in travel costs and time than the cost differential on my small order. Nowhere on their website is there any indication that the in store purchase price would be higher than the online purchase price. I would consider this to be breaching the Consumer Protection Act 1987 but got no response from customer services when I pointed this out to them.

Dealt with Lucas from the Rugby branch, he delivered a first class service from start to finish. I would never usually bother with a review, however, I feel as though his excellent service should be recognised. Highlighted more so after my 1 star initial encounter with the Northampton branch.

We would highly recommend Eurocell.
They seem to stock a vast amount of products and we always check Eurocell for certain products before looking elsewhere as 9 times out of 10 they will stock the item/s we are looking for.
We purchase our windows and doors from them which are always a great price and quality.
We also have a great relationship with Roy at the Rugby branch who is their Branch Sales Manager and nothing is too much trouble and he makes sure all our products are delivered out on time.

Have owed a fascia replacement company for quite a lot of years now. highly recommend rugby eourcell. Jack Toby and John will go out there way to make sure deliveries and orders are on time nothing is too much trouble a pleasure to deal with.
