Eurocell plc - Rotherham Arvostelua 

Purchased some silicone online at rotherham branch was made aware by staff that it was the wrong silicone which was right as I made an error however they wouldn't refund me as I ordered online, seemed it me they just couldn't be bothered, customer service was great but won't us them ever again

The Rotherham branch had everything I needed at a decent price. The ordering process was easy and I got a nice phone call to confirm the click and collect was ready as well as a text. Nice touch! It was an easy collection with a nice guy behind the counter too. I’ll not hesitate going back again.

I visited the Rotherham branch yesterday morning to buy a piece of boarding .
I was greeted by 2 of the most well mannered men who gave me information about the item I was purchasing . Instantly I thought … WHY can’t everyone be like these 2 guys . It was an absolute pleasure to go somewhere and not be treated as an idiot who doesn’t know the first thing about DIY… which unfortunately I don’t.
These 2 guys steered me in the right direction, whilst showing me other products that I had shown an interest in.
Eurocell should be proud of these 2 guys

Easy to order online and easy to collect.
Extremely expensive though which I can’t imagine the ‘trade’ pays.
