The staff member was very knowledgeable about the product that I wished to purchase. He spent time and showed me the ceiling panels before I bought them. It was a very pleasant customer experience for me. I will definitely be back when I need products that you sell.

I’m not sure I’ve EVER had better customer service than from John at the Perth site. Polite, caring, knowledgeable, thoughtful about the required solution. Good customer service is rare. I thought Legendary customer service had vanished. It hasn’t.
