Arrived 7 days later than due
Arrived 7 days later than due, communication was shocking had to keep calling and chasing every day for updates was told on 3 different occasions that it was coming that day and then kept being delayed. Until eventually I got part of my order 7 days late and the second part 2 days after that. Workers were paid to do the work and couldn’t due to no materials.

Hemel Hempstead branch staff are always friendly and helpful. Jay in particular goes out of his way to help customers and very approachable. Nothing too much trouble for him . Always had what I need in stock so always a good experience using this branch.

Amazing customer service
Attended the Hemel Hempstead branch in Maylands, had a friendly welcome the second we walked through the door. Jay served us and helped us with everything we needed. Jay gives great Customer service and very knowledgeable with the products on offer. An easy purchase and in and out quickly to crack on with the job.
Thankyou Jay, and will definitely be back to the Hemel branch for future purchases.

Great customer service
Made an order online, shortly after Hemel rang to ask when I estimated I would collect.
Confirmed, turned up to welcoming staff who were happy to help genuinely appreciated my custom. Set me up for the day.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I ordered 2 window sill and trims on 30th July. They said it will be delivered on Monday 4th August. It is now 21st August and my delivery still has not arrived. Avoid
