Only went in for some silicon but was surprised by the extra bits that were in there. Got myself a great folding knife which was great value considering some blades alone cost about £4

Trying to track down some discontinued guttering, John at Harrogate came to the rescue, he had a carefully catalogued pallet of parts which solved the problem, He went above and beyond as he took the time on a busy day to go through the contents with me and more than resolve the problem, before carefully updating the records and placing them back in stock - great service - Thank you
