Eurocell plc - Birkenhead Arvostelua 

Popped in the other day for a few bits I needed. Explained to staff what I needed and they suggested the best products for my needs. Speedy and efficient service. Cheers!

Quick, friendly and efficient visit to pick up an online order. Was served by a lovely, polite young lady who found my order on the system straight away. Very well organised branch as whilst the lady was on the computer getting my invoice one of her colleagues was picking my order so it was ready for me to grab.
Also like to add how nice it is going into a branch and seeing the staff in high spirits, getting on well and having a laugh and a joke with both staff and customers, makes the visit a lot more enjoyable and shows that you don’t have to be miserable to stay professional! Overall fab service.

The lads are simply fantastic, a real bunch of go getters and the girl who works there is lovely. In and out very quickly. Fast, polite and efficient service

Great friendly service from the Birkenhead branch. I was visiting Liverpool on my narrowboat and ordered some products via the internet on Friday afternoon. The items were delivered to the boat first thing Tuesday morning. The very helpful delivery chap went above and beyond by carrying the items all the way to the side of the boat. First class customer service, Many thanks.

I made some enquiries regarding ship lap and edging trims.

Mick was very helpful and shared knowledge on the best materials to use and was transparent in maintaining quotes even when prices where rising and also the most competitive with price.

Great service.

Dave was also very Informative, supportive and knowledgeable in guiding me with the best materials with cost efficiency in mind. Great service again.

Overall, eurocell have been competitive with price, helpful and knowledgeable in supporting me with my recent project.

The service at this store has been second to none during the past few years I have been going there. Mick and the team get you what you need (whether that's materials in-store, a quote or an order to be made up) as fast as they can and with a smile. Atmosphere in store is always convivial, and quotes are always competitive. I once left my keys in the car and one of the lads drove me in their car to my house and back to get the spare key. Can't recommend highly enough.

Turned up close to closing time, and had a few questions about products!

The two members of staff where so professional, nothing was to much trouble, many thanks.

I can even get a pint in this weekend, we'll done guys we will definitely recommend and be revisiting eurocell!
