If only everyone was so helpful

So I couldn't find what I needed on your website, so I called your Ashton Branch and spoke to the most amazingly helpful young lady. She told me the options of the sizes of the colour of architrave I was looking for, searched the stock and as I don't have an account I couldn't reserve and pay for it. However, the young lady gave me the product code and description I would see to order and pay on line. She then went to explain she would sort the order out tomorrow morning and it would be ready for me when I receive the notification. She was cheerful, helpful amd very clear with the information given. Tongue in cheek, but she does deserve a pay rise - if only everyone was so helpful.

I want to give a huge thank you to Sally and Paul for their incredible support on my recent project.
Sally went above and beyond in every possible way,her dedication, energy, and generosity were truly something special. She didn’t just help; she invested herself in the success of this project. Her insight, patience, and positivity made a world of difference. Honestly, she’s a gem,someone who truly shines both professionally and personally. I feel incredibly lucky to have had her by my side.
And when Sally wasn’t available, Paul stepped in without hesitation. His calm presence and steady support made sure nothing skipped a beat. I’m so grateful for his help and reliability throughout the process.
To both of you: thank you so much. I couldn’t have done it without your incredible teamwork and encouragement.

Very pleased with purchases and…

Very pleased with purchases and customer service was excellent with my queries so called in store as couldn’t find what needed online was ordered and sorted straight away for delivery very helpful thank you for outstanding service and support delivery and have recommended to friends and family.
