I ordered facelift tail lights for my BMW M5 in November, received wrong color and really bad quality ones in February. That guy Bruce has been offering to send me a return label, and then been ghosting me ever since. 3 months later, I will throw the shit where it belongs, in the garbage. Never again.

It is a fake company, it is a scam. They do not have products, there is nobody there.

Eurobahn Dynamics is a garbage company with what I can only describe as products that are purchased from Alibaba and re-sold here for a major price increase. I paid $2k for a carbon fiber wing for a Lamborghini Huracan. I should have known when I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, but instead received an email that welcomed me and thanked me for registering as an affiliate partner (which I never did).

This is a complete scam, and there is no customer service. I received a wing that was indeed carbon fiber, but came with no installation instructions, bolts that didn’t go through the wing, and the indentations where the support brackets are supposed to go weren’t big enough to fit the brackets. I now have a carbon fiber paperweight, and I’m out $2k. I reached out to them through their website and included a video, and the guy emailed me back asking for pictures and apparently didn’t look at the video. When I emailed him back that I sent an entire video, I haven’t heard back. It’s been almost two weeks now, and according to their website, returns are only allowed within 14 days after delivery. The guy asked me for an order number, and I told him I don’t receive an order number, or a tracking number or anything that confirms the order.

Run as far as you can, as fast as you can, away from this dogshit company. Don’t waste your money.

The customer service and aftersales support from this company are nothing short of disgraceful. Prior to making my purchase, I explicitly confirmed with your staff that this was a Plug & Play kit. What I received instead was a laughably thin, flimsy, and poorly manufactured product that clearly fails to meet even the most basic quality standards.

The installation process was an absolute nightmare. Despite being installed by a professional body shop, the kit required an excessive amount of labor just to force it into place. Even then, the workmanship and finishing were so atrocious that numerous fitment issues emerged immediately after installation. Large sections were protruding from the car’s body, failing to align or flow properly. When this was raised, Bruce from Eurobahn Dynamics conveniently dismissed everything as an “installation issue,” a blatant attempt to deflect responsibility for an obviously defective product.

Repeated attempts were made to contact the company in good faith to resolve this matter amicably. Initially, Bruce resorted to shifting blame onto the installer. Shortly thereafter, he simply stopped responding altogether—completely ghosting me and demonstrating a total lack of professionalism, accountability, or integrity.

To make matters worse, during a subsequent road trip, it became alarmingly clear that the kit was dangerously unstable. While driving at high speed (180 mph), the kit cracked. This failure conclusively proves that the product is unfit for purpose and wholly unsuitable for any high-performance vehicle, let alone a supercar designed to operate at such speeds. The fact that such a product is being sold at all is deeply concerning.

After exhausting every possible avenue for resolution and being met with silence and negligence, I will be making this experience public across social media platforms to warn potential buyers. Anyone considering doing business with Eurobahn Dynamics should be fully aware of the poor-quality products, evasive customer support, and complete lack of accountability they can expect.

Purchased a carbon fiber shift cover from eurobahndynamics several weeks ago. The company does not answer emails, phone calls or live chats and never received my product . This place is 100% fraudulent!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Horrible experience!!!!!!!

Dealing with EuroBahn Dynamics has been a nightmare.
Poor Quality - The spoiler they shipped does not fit properly. It extended beyond the profile of the car and the gap between the spoiler and the body was too large. All fitment adjustments possible were exhausted on this carbon fiber spoiler which per their website was supposed to be "a precision fit ensuring seamless integration with the Porsche, delivering a factory-like finish". I contacted Bruce Tran and Anthony (the owner) and provided proof of the poor quality of the spoiler. Bruce told me he would take care of it. This was a month ago and they have yet to honor their word and do anything about it (refund or replace the bad spoiler!). I have called numerous times (no answer!!!) and sent emails and they have gone silent. They clearly do not stand behind the products they sell and I recommend anyone looking to buy a product from them and have it shipped, should look at other suppliers.
