Over the years I bought seven hats. However, I will recommend them no more. Their customer service/standards both in store and in office has become very poor. I recently ordered a bowler hat that came to me defective. I paid to have it sent back. I was sent back a hat that was the wrong size. I sent that back. The third time, the hat came to me crushed. I complained at the post office who said accountability lay with Euro Accessories for sending in package not fit for purpose. Each time, their lack of care was costing time, money and effort - as far as I am aware never reimbursed as per their promise. I gave up and worked on reshaping the hat. They didn't seem to care or offer any proper apology. Sort your act out; I am more than just a cash cow. Goodbye Euro Accessories.

Fun shop just off Oxford Street with a great selection of male and female casual hats at reasonable prices. I bought a broad brimmed straw in two shades of blue, which I'm re trimming for a wedding.
