I got Scammed Scammed Scammed Scammed Scammed Scammed Scammed Scammed Scammed. I want MONEY back.

This company is a sham they sell fake knockoff shoes . Shoes are shipped from China . Stay away hard to get hold of number will ring and disconnect emails will bounce back . I’m gonna turn my shoes over to the Attorney General’s Office in my state .

Total thieves it’s impossible to return the stuff you can’t get your money back they’re gonna steal your money buyer beware

Euploria never sent my item, and did not give me a valid tracking number. Every time I called their customer complaints department was down. Their contact us number has press 1 for a $100. gift card or hang up. What type of options is that. That means you cannot contact them.

Horrible customer service! Sent the wrong size shoes. When I contacted by email I got a phony AI reply. Sad the company would look into the order and reply within 48 hours. 7 days later, no response. The support phone number is a complete scam. Do Not buy from Euphoria. Total rip off.

When I first received the shoes I immediately know they were fake. They came in a bag and not a box. Once I opened the bag and looked at them fake immediately came to my mind. I returned them the same way they came USPS. I will never buy anything else from online.

Upon receiving my shipment I immediately noticed that what you sold me weren’t as advertised on your website. I have (4) four pair of fake “on” sneakers; I called that fake telephone number you have posted on your website 888 277 2560 and received a voice message, asking if I wanted a $100 gift card…

SCAMMERS SCAM SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY WITH THIS …FABRICATED COMPANY! I would give them a 0 rating if I could. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT, HAVEN'T RECEIVE A 90% REFUND AS OFFERED! THEY GIVE YOU FALSE DELIVERY UPDATES! ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH, AND NOTHING HAS ARRIVED, NOR REFUNDED! REPORT THEM TO THE FBI AND BBB FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE!

Don't bother, they sell fakes, ship the wrong order and then won't support you when the order is wrong, even though it was their fault. These guys are scammers.

This place sells conterfeit merchandise. They do not answer emails, website inquiries, or phone calls. Order On Cloud shoes that are clearly fake imitation. Stay away!

My shoes were ridiculously large. I returned them and they never refunded my money. This company is terrible.

Made a purchase that never arrived. Contacted customer support via email and never got a response. Called a week later and they demanded I give them my banking/routing account numbers when I used a reg credit card for the purchase. When I refused they hung up on me. I reported fraud to my credit card! Do not buy from this company!

I placed an order for two pairs of tennis shoes over a month ago and still have NOT received the order! I doubt they will EVER arrive. I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I ordered! BEWARE!

I needed to return a shirt because I ordered the wrong size. I called and left a message, the owner called back the same day and made arrangements that were very generous and took care of me in the best way possible. I was very pleased, and will be happy to do business with them in the future.

If I could give it a zero, I would. I purchased ON brand sneakers. What I received were cheap knockoffs. I attempted to return the shoes within their advertised 30-day return period, but could not get answers from Euploria. So now I’m dealing with chargebacks with credit card company. Do not purchase from this on-line store. I believe it is a drop ship warehouse for cheap products from China. The website leads you to believe that this is a legitimate company headquartered in the US. Buyer beware.
