Best host I've ever used
Have been hosting various servers with EUGameHost for a few months and I cannot fault them. The support gets back to me nearly instantly each time I need them, and the support staff are not only active in the community but actually know what they're talking aboutand are able and willing to help fix things rather than the copy/paste unhelpful support responses that are so common nowadays.
10/10 thanks guys!

Dont buy from them i buy a vps and a vps get many problem and whene i call them or i send a ticket they dont answer and now im from 48h without a rdp and all my data base and my server are on it and the rdp is not connecting, dont buy they are many host they are mor good and have a good rdp and security and they said that have a path net ddos filter and my server is get down evry time from ddos and ther path is fake and my server is geting down form 20gb/s ddos

This is just a really silly review to be honest. You've had the service a week, its a team speak server you run, we responded to you earlier and explained you hadn't applied any filters. To use Path protection effectively you port punch the service and apply an application filter to each open port. We could have helped with this. We are a direct enterprise client of both Path and Cosmic Guard the two market leaders in game DDoS protection, we use both ;) It obviously not fake which is a bit silly to say. You only have to look on BGP tools to see its not.

Amazing support that added new support of a server-type at my request, and was kind to me, replying quickly throughout the entire process, and all other issues I had with the server.
The performance of it's servers are great, and it has top tier DDoS Protection.

But that physically can't be true so why say it?
The only way i see that ever being possible is if you raised a ticket, got an AI response and then didn't opt for it not being helpful, because if you did raise a ticket that was escalated to our support team you would have had a response, it's just not possible that you didn't / wouldn't.
To note when the AI responds automatically ( takes about 5 seconds and is only to the first email you send ) it does state in multiple places to prompt for a human reply.

My long awaited review of EUGH
Tried to think of a funny way to write this but genuinely could not.
EUGH Is my fav hosting company out there, their team is small but tailor to your service far better as a consequence, do they have issues sometimes? Sure. But no more than any other host you'll find out there, and its fixed promptly, no matter the time of day.
As much as I hate to admit it the community around them is also pretty cool, people always helping each other out, a weird guy with a cosmic logo next to his name that helped me out with installing some software that wasn't even for one of their machines!? Try n beat that customer service.
I ordered a dedicated server from them in the UK, and they went all out, threw in a couple of extra upgrades, at no additional cost, all while keeping me in the loop of its construction.
11/10, Will & Aaron most sexy host owners in the space.

Dont waste your money
Hello guys dont waste ur money anymore for this host. U need to wait 2-3 days for support. They have to many Connection drops. They change the DDos protection without giving any Info to clients. I live in germany my vds server hosted in germany but we had ping around 40 because of the cosmic guard! after that i asked for cosmic ddos filter and they gave me the firewall panel to set it up but the cosmic ddos filters didnt work really and he told me to use PATH that did not exist!! ITS FUNNY there are better HOST OPTIONS! and about the MONEY REFUND they declined!

Hey,
We give clients the choice of Path and Cosmic, you get to choose. The overhead to Cosmic is currently 3 to 5 ms but there Frankfurt PoP is going live in a few weeks. The overhead to Path is sub 1ms. If you were in Germany 40 ms would not be logical or expected, i can't say that is something we were made aware of or something i believe without seeing an MTR.
We also don't leave support tickets 2 to 3 days, we work every day and we answer within a few hours consistently.
Unless we are at fault we will not refund people if services are outside of the initial 48 hour money back period.

It is true that some major facilities have dropped Path, but we have not dropped Path, nor do we have any plans to do so. We recently signed a contract with a rival company called Cosmic Guard, providing our clients with a choice of protection solutions.
This also means that, in the event Path were to close or stop offering the locations we need, we could seamlessly transition to an equally good solution without any issues.
I have no idea why you think this is a scam, and I don't understand how you've become so confused.

This company is a scam. They sell path.net servers, deliver a cosmic server and do not refund your money when you complain. They try to convince you that cosmic is better than path.net and when you give them a good explanation, they delete your account because they know you have discovered their scam. Do not buy or pay attention to this fraudulent site, not recommended.

We offer both Path and Cosmic DDoS protection. The UK clearly advertises as Cosmic, while in Germany you get a choice of Path or Cosmic.
Both offer the same style of application, game, and firewall system, and are very strong anycast DDoS protection solutions.
I really don't see any logic behind this review. Thank you Pedro.
